DO NOT USE. Our experience with this roofing company was horrible for everything from the quality of the repair work to customer service. Our roof leaks because they cut corners in repairing our roof. They did not correctly repair the roof near our vents and two years later, we still have leaks. They requested parts that were damaged, got paid for them but then never actually purchased or fixed/replaced the part. Devin Kleinpeter was our point of contact, and was a horrible communicator. He would not return calls and at one point changed numbers without contacting us with his new contact information (while still in the middle of repairs). There were times when appointments were set where I took off time from work to be present where he or one of his team members did not show. Devin also agreed to find other repairmen to handle other damage caused by the hail storm. He failed in this regard as well. Save your time, energy, and money and use another company.

We worked with Matthew, who was the kindest person you’d ever meet. He kept us up to date on the process and worked with our insurance company. He followed up with the claims adjuster each time they needed additional photos or documentation. With Matthew’s assistance, we were approved for 100% roof replacement. Thank you Top Team Roofing and Construction!
