The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roof Repair 99. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Contacted Tom who promptly responded and sent his excellent crew on the agreed upon date. They did a great job fixing the overhang and tidied up afterwards. The price was very fair.

The recent strong winds we had in Montreal left my siding hanging and banging. I called Tom and explained, he offered a very fair price to come and repair the siding. And to my surprise they were here the next day :) and the team did an excellent job and were very friendly. I would highly recommend their services

Very prompt and highly communicative. We needed the snow removed from our flat top roof after the 2025 major snowstorm. Tom and his team got it done before the thaw and potential flooding. Great service!!
