  Met the owner (Brock) at the Ogden home show. Explained to him we have a relatively small repair job and are looking for a company to do it. He expressed his interest and stated he wouldn't charge much as it is all about "customer service". He chose a date and time that worked for him and made an appointment for him to come to our house. I adjusted my schedule to meet him there. NO SHOW! I texted him a couple times with no reply then called and left a message. He made no effort to contact me on his own. He called me back apologetic and wanted to reschedule. Again, he chose the date and time. He Promised he would be there. Again, NO SHOW! No calls, texts, Nothing! I messaged him again with no reply. I sent a message telling him not to come to my home at this point. I work nights and sleep during the day. I adjusted my schedule for someone who has no respect for me as a potential customer. At this point I would not give him my business if he offered it for free. I cannot recommend him to any potential customers. A very disappointing experience for sure!

  I completely understand that I missed your appointment we had a truck issue with our project manager so I had to juggle appointments and I did miss your appointment sorry for any inconvenience am happy to schedule with you and make it up. But understandable if you move on. It’s hard to get a roofing company to do minor repairs. I’m willing to come out and make it up. I should have called. Again I’m sorry for any inconvenience I have caused you.

  They took a piece of siding off our house to send to the manufacturer to find out if our siding is even available anymore...and then ghosted us! We've tried to contact numerous times, call and message, and never heard back. I've never been ghosted by a business before, it is so unprofessional it is shocking. We've lived with an ugly shingle covering the hole for over a year, thinking they would update us on the status eventually. Nope, crickets.

  Wow you have every reason to feel like we have ghosted you- I’ll look into the situation and see where the siding test has gone. We should have results. We changed our CRM and didn’t get you changed over, we are completely in the wrong in loosing our data to communicate with you. We usually answer phone calls at times we do miss calls. This wasn’t an intentional situation, what can we do to get in communication with you? Do you still have our number and are you willing to give us a call on Monday?

  We were hit by a microburst wind storm and our roof was damaged. We have never had to make a insurance claim before. Brock and Catrina helped us with this. We ended up needing to replace the entire roof. They did the total replacement in 1 day and did excellent work. I would recommend them for all your roofing needs. Thank you Roof Monster

  Roof Monster was great to work with. They were very accommodating in every way. The crew worked fast and efficiently. Clean up was great. We had new skylights installed including the new roof. The price was great too. Couldn’t be happier.

  Brock spent hours working with me and my insurance for this job. He even contacted the city for the required regulations. His main concern was that I get the roof I wanted installed correctly. His crew came in the morning and were finished and cleaned up before I came back from work. I chose him not only for his knowledge but his honesty, and I would recommend Roof Monster to anyone without reservation.

  Show up on time worked hard noticed exta details such as a custom kick out flashing near gutter. Team cleaned up job site well. Responded to a concern over weekend and fixed concern quick, thanks Roof Monster five star company.
