  We hired lance with eagle ridge roofing a few months ago. Roof looks great however we have been waiting patiently for months to get our drip edge painted black and still no response. We have a tan and black house and the roofing installers installed white drip edge on our house. Make sure you communicate before you do anything with this company they will stop all communication with you. We were looking forward to a new roof for so long I still hope maybe lance will try and make things right.

  Do not use EagleRidge roofing. They replaced our roof and now it's leaking. It did thousands of dollars in damages and they are refusing to pay to fix it. We got a second roofers opinion and he verified it was their fault. His quote was cheap but now we are going to have to pay to fix it because they won't take accountability.

  Hi Madison, I'm confused about this review since I spoke with your husband concerning the compromised flashing on your stucco. When you informed us that you thought your roof was leaking, we immediately returned and found the source of the leak to be from the incorrectly installed flashing behind your stucco. I'm so sorry that whoever did your stucco on your home, did the flashing incorrectly. To help you out, at no charge, I installed some external flashing on your stucco to help prevent any future leaking. I was happy to help you out. Thankfully, this external flashing was able to successfully stop the leak. It will hopefully help you not have to replace your stucco in the future. I hope you will considering removing your review since it is not an accurate reflection of the situation, and I do not feel it is fair for you to demand I pay $2800 for water damage inside your home that came from your flashing behind your stucco. Please let us know if you have any problems with your roof as we 100% gaurantee our workmanship and, remember, your shingles have a 50 year limited lifetime warranty.

  Lance and his crew were great! They got me in real quick from date of contact , did a great job putting on a new black shingle roof, and cleaned up nicely. I love that they back their roof up by a 10 year workmanship warranty, which gives me peace of mind. Communication is key and he did great job with every step of the process. The new ridge vent also is supposed to help with heat exhaustion so I’m excited to see that in action since our master bedroom was warmer than the other rooms upstairs. 10/10 I’ll recommend em to anyone in my circle.

  EagleRidge replaced our asphalt shingles with a rolled seam metal roof and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Lance was easy to work with and was thorough and timely in his communications. I especially appreciated that the crew left my yard completely clean after tearing off the old layers of shingles. Overall, we are very happy with the results of the project and highly recommend EagleRidge Roofing.

  Easy process, Lance took the time to answer all my questions, was never annoyed by my due diligence and gave me his best price right off the bat, no sales presentations or pageantry. He gave me a very fair price and it would have been silly to go with anyone else. His crew was also great, super fast and left the yard spotless.

  EagleRidge Roofing and Construction were excellent. Their five guys tore off and put on a new asphalt shingle roof on our 30 square home and garage in a total about ten hours of work, but also took great care to improve some problem spots, put in ridge venting, and make the roof look simply amazing. They gave us a great price as well. I would absolutely work with them again, and in fact our neighbors across the street already are!

  Lance personally came out to Tooele to inspect my roof which was recently damaged by high winds. He spent a good amount time answering all of my questions about what kind of material is best for our climate. I was leaning toward purchasing a metal roof which would have cost me more but can last much better than asphalt shingles. For my roof and my location, asphalt shingles ended up just making more sense in the long run. I happily upgraded from 30 year shingles to 50 year shingles and still came in at a fair price point which was decently below the cost my home insurance had quoted for the replacement. I’m happy with my new roof and glad to give my business to someone I sought out on my own rather than a door to door salesman that ignores no soliciting signs. This is the way.

  I appreciate that Lance came out to look at our roof. Other roofers told us we should replace the entire roof after the wind storm damage. Lance said that's a good long term solution, but that if we didn't want to spend the money for a full replacement, just a few sections could be replaced / repaired now and the roof should be good for several more years. So, I apprecaiated the more economical solution. He also gave ideas on ways to save money when the time eventually comes to put a new roof on in the future.

  Had an old swamp cooler removed that had started causing a leak in the roof. Initial response was very fast, quoted me on the spot about %40 less than another company and made the service appointment with a couple days while many were weeks out. Workers were polite and handled the work promptly. Would do business again.
