  I cannot refer Rightway Roofing. I was mislead by Rightway Roofing. Some roofing companies replace or repair siding. So, I asked if they do which I received an affirmative response. After I signed them up was then told they actually do not work on siding. They referred a friend who showed after two weeks. He indicated that he could repair the siding and would provide a quote later that day or the next. Almost two months later still have not received the quote or heard from the friend. I have contacted Rightway Roofing about this who say they will contact the friend about what is going on. Still nothing. I am now having to contact other siding companies to get the siding repaired on both houses. Rightway Roofing should have just said “no they don’t work on siding”. Yes I would have went with another roofer for more cost and repaired siding. As it was they made a mess while accessing the attics to clear the insulation from the soffit vents. Now I am having to wonder if they can be dishonest about the siding repair what else can they be dishonest about??? Although the roofs on both houses looks great I am having the roofs inspected to ensure they were done the “Rightway”.

  Kenneth, sorry to hear about your negative experience. We were clear from the outset that we would be referring an outside consultant to take care of your siding. You still chose us because we gave you the best price. We are still disappointed in the lack of follow up with your siding and will dig in to what caused the miscommunication. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I will be reaching out privately to discuss what we can do to remedy this situation. We appreciate your business and again apologize for your any negative experience you had. We are glad that you are at least happy with the roof.

  Don't recommend this company due to them treating there employees horribly and not being straight forward with them

  Hi Cynthia, I’m sad to see your one star review. We loved having your son, Alfonso work for us and gave him endless opportunities. Unfortunately after his vehicle broke down and the truck we provided broke down he told us he was moving to California the following week. We had to move a different direction, hope Alfonso is doing well!

  Right Way Roofing got the job done right at a fair price. They were the only ones in town who gave me a reasonable quote. The roof leaks are fixed and I really appreciate Alex and Sergio’s help in getting the problem solved!

  I hired Right Way Roofing for my parents house and they did a wonderful job. My dad was impressed with the quality of the work and feels confident in the durability of his roof. I worked directly with Alex through pricing to project completion. He was a great partner, and went above and beyond. Alex was responsive, transparent throughout the project, checked in on his team's work and completed a final inspection. Right Way Roofing's pricing is competitive, well worth the price paid, and most importantly the amount at the end was honest. While the price may have come in about the same as others, lower than a couple, Right Way Roofing had better warranties built in the estimate. If you need roofing services, I do recommend this company.
