  during the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred. This foam repair has deteriorated since/ peeled showing the extent of the damage that occurred on install. Their project manager Steve did come down to my house one time to look at it. While he was there he parked in front of my neighbors driveway preventing them from leaving. I have been trying to get Steve (project manager) to accept the responsibility by sending him photo and video from before and after as well as video from during the installation with the date of the video attached to the metadata of the video. Steve has promised to call me many times without ever reaching out. I paid them over $15k for my roof and their lack of taking responsibility for damaging this makes me sick. Do not use this company.

  Edited to add in February 2025: We have had an issue with mold in our garage due to a leak coming in from behind a flashing. This should have been addressed when the roof was installed they confirmed they checked or replaced all of our flashing at the time the roof was replaced. We were told we had a warranty with Lifetime and this should have been covered by them, at least the repair of the flashing. We've been trying to get an answer from Lifetime as to whether they would cover this. We've contacted their receptionist 8-10 times and have been told we would be contacted every time, and only ever missed one call, no voicemails, texts, or emails. We are pretty easy to get a hold of. Very disappointed that we have not received an answer and have decided to move on and pay for it ourselves. Very poor customer service - we paid a lot for our roof and were expecting better long-term service. Original from 2022: We had an amazing experience with Lifetime! We were referred by a family member and they gave us the same project manager that they had, which was a very thoughtful detail. They finished the roof replacement within 1-2 days. They were very thorough to inspect and fix a few things to make it all perfect, including having some custom counter flashing created to make sure everything was properly covered and sealed. Our project manager, Edgar, is super responsive and great to work with. We have loved working with Lifetime and have no doubt our roof will last! Would definitely recommend.

  Spoke with representative scheduled apt no show. Called said sorry would come by and check for minimum 500 dollars. I declined and said would go elsewhere. Would have been nice to know upfront.

  We called Casey to check out a leak we had on our roof. He was very responsive and quick to come the next day. Lucky for us it was not a major repair, but he was able to locate the cause of the problem and fixed it the same day! I would definitely recommend him again and will keep his number for future issues! Thanks again Casey!

  Casey was great to work with. I reached out to him when my roof was past its prime, and needed replacement before the season changed. On Top was straightforward, responsive and easy to work with. I got a fair price for my home’s atypical pitch and rooflines. Boston & the install crew were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

  On Top Roofing replaced our roof in only 2 days! Boston and Casey answered all of our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. The work crew was great! And they protected our landscaping and grill and cleaned up all the scraps and nails when they were done. We love these guys!

  Shout out to Casey from on top roofing for getting my roof taken care of. The roof was done quickly in and in a timely manner. My house is now significantly cooler in the summers which is really nice and has saved me so much in electricity cost

  Amazing experience, Casey and team with On Top Roofing did a fantastic job! I had them add multiple vents and even sealed up a pipe that needed sealing on the roof! Just by doing a couple of things we extended the life of our roof! If you need a roofing team or just doing a once over give them a call
