Called to get estimate. However they do not give service to areas that are 1.5 hours away from lehi Utah. I even offered to pay for the inconvenience. In my opinion that is not customer service.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback, Ken. We completely understand your frustration. In Utah, we have 7 other dealers who may be able to service your area. This might be why Mattie had to decline, as your location could fall within another dealer’s territory. We’d love to help connect you with someone who can assist—please feel free to email us at info@roofmaxx.com, and we’ll make sure to direct you to the right dealer. Thank you for considering Roof Maxx! - Roof Maxx Corporate

Apparently, these people don't know how to work with homeowners who don't have a Monday through friday, 9:00 to 5:00 type job

Fine young men did the application and made a few minor repairs to my roof. Great service.

We have a 20 year old roof that needed a few shingles replaced but not the complete roof replaced. The restoration treatment their representative recommended should extend the life of the roof for several years. The crew was very professional and courteous.

Blair gave me an honest bid to rejuvenate and/or replace, and what I felt was amazing is he could have pushed replace since it is original and 25yrs old already, but no, he felt I still had a great roof that just needed to be rejuvenated and I could save a great deal of money plus add years to it. Who does that? Roof Maxx definitely impressed me and has my business. Thank you to Blair for that!
