  Their driver will try to run you off the road just to get one car ahead.

  On 03/15, this car had passengers who threw a bag of tools at my boyfriend’s head and hit his car purposely (hit and run). It’s been reported to the police. Haven’t heard from the company themselves, even though I passed along my boyfriend’s information the night it happened. Three months later since posting this review and they still haven’t reached out to my boyfriend or I. We will probably have to work with a legal team.

  We consider this to be a very serious accusation. Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the public. We have interviewed the employee that was driving the vehicle, reported this incident to our insurance company, and will gladly cooperate with any police investigation. When the investigation is concluded, we will take the appropriate action. We expect all our employees to be respectful and courteous to everyone on the roads and on the job. This incident does not reflect the high values and expectations for appropriate behavior that our company or its owners embrace and demand. Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention.

  Through and through, I have not had a positive experience with this company. They are inconsistent and do not communicate well. The work they performed has been consistently troublesome, I honestly wasn't impressed with the quality of the workmanship or the response to questions and in some cases complaints. I would be hesitant to trust the warranty they offer, it's unlikely they will cover any damages that are a result of a fault in their installation. It feels like they are quick to defer blame and become aggressive when questioned. I did not have a choice when selecting this contractor, but if I did I would certainly choose to work with another company. There are much better options for roofing in this market.

  Just another unreliable roofing company. It took several calls to get someone to actually show up to assess my issue. Said I'd hear back soon with an estimate. But never did. My further calls were ignored. I now recommend Angi. It was a total opposite experience.

  Called multiple times trying to get a quote. Said they would inspect the property but did not. Dragged me on for weeks without any assistance

With your metal roof and the amount of snow we’ve had up in the area where your cabin is located recently, it’s been difficult for us to visit the property at this time of year. This has been an abnormally extreme winter and such are the issues we’ve unfortunately had to try and deal with this go around.   Look how they park their trucks. Blocking a handicap spot. If you don’t know that extra area around handicap spots so people can get in and out of their vehicles with wheelchairs. What a horrible human. If they’re that lazy on parking, imagine how lazy they’ll be on a job where you can’t see them.

  Roofer dropped a hammer on one of my sub contractors after he told the roofer he’s going to be working below and to watch for him.

  I’m very sorry to hear about this incident. I sincerely hope your contractor is OK and was not harmed by the falling hammer. It is clear that the fallen hammer was an accident and unintentional. We do our very best to minimize these issues by marking the area clearly with cones and caution tape as identified in your picture to let all know that falling debris in the area can be expected. Your property management company was also notified of the roofs schedule for replacement today last week to ensure notices were sent out to the residences to prevent overlapping other projects. Please let us know what we can do to show you who we are and how hard we work to avoid negative reviews such as these.

  Hands down one of the easiest Google Reviews to make. We have been putting our roof off literally for years. Our home was built in 1972 and had shaker shingles. I love that look but knew the cost wasn’t in the cards for us. My son came running into the kitchen a few days ago and told me that he had water pouring down from his ceiling. We had a roof leak. I was referred to Carson at American Roofing and he came the next day, first thing. He was honest, knowledgeable and genuine. He had a fantastic vision for my home and how it could updated without having to feel like I needed to spend the money on the shakes, as he presented some very good ideas. He spent a lot of time with my indecisiveness and showed a lot of patience towards me. Once I had the vision, I moved forward with Carson and AR. The crew was a very hard working crew, they were timely, and worked steadily over a day and a half to get the job done. It’s gorgeous. I had no idea a new roof would make such an impact on my home. One important aspect for us was the fact that he was honest about what the sheeting underneath would be like, knowing our roof was an original roof and there could be a lot of damaged boards. He added the price to re-sheet in the estimate so that I was aware of any possible cost, and a maximum out of my pocket. Once the job was done, with the honesty of the superintendent, John, and also Carson, they determined that only six boards out of 116 needed to be replaced. Carson adjusted the price on the reroof estimate immediately. We expected the worst, and when he came to tell us the good news it felt like the best. We would definitely refer American Roofing and especially Carson to any of my friends and family. We also own our own company in the Landscape industry, and we will happily refer them to our customers as well.

  American Roofing was very impressive from day 1. Our salesman was understanding of what we wanted and listened to us as a customer while also making his expert advice. He gave us a lesson on roofs and what to look for in quality. The quote we got was not the cheapest one. Cheapest isn't always the best option. We did our research and we felt like we got the quality we paid for. The roof was installed in a day and a half. It is beautiful. The crew was very good to cover our shrubs and clean up the yard before they were done.

  Anyone looking for quality work at an honest price, look no further. As a new homeowner I was hit with one of the biggest fears any new buyer can have. Just two weeks after closing I received notice from my homeowners insurance that I would lose coverage in just 3 weeks if I didn't completely replace my roof and I was devastated. Not only did I need the work done immediately I needed it done on an honest budget. American Roofing was there for me. Carson and his team were quick to make arrangements and were transparent with their communication the entire time. They were up front with any potential "what if's" that they might run into and budgeted for worst case scenario so the only surprises I received would be lower costs, not higher. If it weren't for Carson and his team I likely would have lost my homeowners insurance coverage. From my first call to a beautiful finished new roof in under a week, truly remarkable. Thank you American Roofing, I will be recommending to anyone who is looking for a new roof or roof repairs.
