WARNING: They are not upfront about timelines and have poor communication. I signed a contract on 9/23/2025. My sales man indicated that because my job was pretty small, it would likely not start for 30-45 days, but he had to put 60 days …

In May my husband and I signed a contract with 3 Brothers to have new windows installed in our home. When going over the contract with Mike he mentioned several times that the reason the cost was so high is because we chose black frames inside and out. He said that choosing solid black frames increase the cost by at least 30%. Because that is the look we wanted, we didn't mind paying extra. We made the decision to only replace the windows that are visible on the front and side, and waiting a few months to be able to complete all windows. We had several other companies bid the job and received 2-3 that were approximately $21k for the whole house but the windows were only black framed on the outside with white interior. Since 3 Brothers had the black interior and exterior frames we chose them, even though we were only able to do a third of our windows. We paid the down payment and signed a $16,500 contract on May 22. Mike knew that we were having the entire exterior of our home remodeled and that there was a process in the order each project should be done. 1)Roof, 2)skylights 3) soffit and facia 4)windows 5) stucco and rock. He ensured us that the windows would be manufactured and ready for install by July 1. So that we could schedule the stucco the following week. He said we would be notified close to then to schedule an exact time for installation. When we had not heard anything by the 25th of June we called to inquire. We were told someone would get back to us. We heard nothing. Called again. No answer. Called again. Left voice msg. No response. Sent email. No response. Final we called Mike who sold us the windows, but had "passed the job" to project management. He ensured us he would get in touch with them and have them contact us. While waiting a few days for that to happen, we continued to reach out to No avail. Because of the July 4th holiday and family visiting there were a few days that we were not diligent. FINALLY, on July 10 we received a call from Tere

Immediately after I paid the deposit there was a serious lack of customer service. Scheduled installation of my roof, no one showed and was not told they rescheduled until about 2 pm. Was explained the reschedule was due to weather which was sunny that day, but then when they did show up and tore to roof off, it poured and my roof was left open during a rain storm. During the install the installer noticed multiple layers of shingles with in minutes that the inspector did not notice. Received a phone call for an increase adjustment to the price of an extra $3200, then when my adjustment paperwork came through it was nearly 7k. I called many times to speak with someone in management to express my concerns with the customer service even left a message with an employee and received no contact back. Now on to the siding job. I paid the deposit for the siding at the same time as the roof. The roof was completed in about two weeks, about two weeks later I receive a call saying my siding should be done in a few weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks I receive a call from another person who stated the materials were never ordered and it would take about 3-4 weeks to come in. In this 3-4 weeks they sent someone out to measure my house, who did not announce he was on my property nor did anyone tell me he was coming. 4 weeks later I receive a text message from someone else in the company telling me my siding was in and it would be weeks prior to install. I tried every number I had for the company and on the webpage, left numerous messages, as at this point I don’t know what’s going, to which mostly went unanswered. Finally the project manager whom I left a text message and a voicemail called and scheduled the siding, at which no one showed up for and I wasn’t notified until I reached out at the end of the day. This would have been a 1 star review, but the installers for both projects were great and were professional. Their work is impeccable. The companies customer service leaves a lot to

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Project is 3 months delayed and they keep trying to charge ME more for their mistakes! They even tried to trick me into signing high interest loan documents different from my original terms which is essentially fraud. They sourced only part of the materials and tried to charge me to replace discontinued products. They damaged my home and caused my basement to flood then tried to deny responsibility. Their crew broke a window and didn't even say anything. They never had a dumpster at my house so there is literally a pile of trash on my property... They also covered my HVAC vent, dryer vent and range vent for several days and broke my brand new furnace and my dryer and Jeff King tried to tell me my furnace and dryer do not need exhaust to work... Ridiculously unprofessional, inexperienced and lacking in any communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is the worst experience as a homeowner I’ve ever had. This is how they have left my house after 4 WEEKS! I am now looking for a different company to redo it all. They did not pull a permit so this all has to come off (DOPL is citing them for it and for the venting which is a safety/health issue and there is a pending consumer protection claim for their sales and loan practices). Their own insurance company is on MY side and says all of this is the result of poor workmanship and their fault. This has been a living nightmare where this company has relentlessly victimized me in my own home day after day.

Today I had a roof inspection done. I was not planning on purchasing anything until spring. Shelby came out and did a very thorough inspection and found a lot of water damage in my attic. She was able to fit the project into my current budget so I could get it done before the weather gets bad. Thank you Three Brothers. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was with me.

Jesse Malan was very patient and had great detail for every part of our transaction. He made me feel comfortable, and I understood every aspect that he shared with me. As a retired superintendent for a commercial construction company, I appreciated the knowledge and understanding Jesse had for every aspect of my project. Now that it is complete, it looks much like I anticipated as Jesse had described to me.

Thank You Shelby!!! We have had several pushy sales people that didn’t know roofs. Shelby went above the necessary and knew her product. We have ruff credit and she gave me realistic expectations and was able to get me approved.
