Cold calling and texting phone numbers on the DNC list is illegal. I would not do business with anyone that doesn't respect the law or the people in their community.

These guys spammed me with text messages with no prior business relationships. Businesses shouldn't be adding to the spam we all get!

Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We are just as upset as you are. We recently hired a marketing company and were not aware of the tactics they would be using. We have already cancelled the service and it would be greatly appreciate if you removed this review as it isn't a reflection of the excellent roofing services we have provided to homeowners in Salt Lake for nearly 75 years.

Called for an estimate. The lady said someone would call me within 24-48 hours to schedule and never heard back. Unprofessional.

  Reply from the business

Stacey, I am so sorry! Travis and Preston, our estimators had to leave town yesterday as Travis' daughter and Preston's sister had her baby which messed up our schedule. Bottom line someone should've called and we didn't. So sorry!! We do care and do want to make our customers happy. Please give us another chance.

What an experience!!! The whole Company were wonderful to work with. Shelly helped me from the office and Preston was there from start to finish. The crew were amazing. I am 100% satisfied with the work. Great price. This is a 4-generation owned, local Company. I will recommend over and over again.

Heaton roofing repaired our roof. (Preston) inspected the roof and gave us an estimate on a Friday, and was able to schedule the work to be done the following Monday. Preston was kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. His team did a wonderful job and finished in one day… right before a big rain storm! Their work is high-quality and they cleaned up our lawn and the surrounding areas beautifully! We highly recommend Heaton roofing to everyone ! Thank you so much!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Brothers Medina Roofing that I wanted to share. Everyone on the team was kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, kept me updated, and really cared about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. The roof turned out even better than I expected, and they cleaned everything up before they left. It’s hard to find a company that’s this honest, reliable, and professional. I’m so glad I chose Brothers Medina Roofing, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done!

Called Heaton roofing because my roof had a small leak and they had replaced the whole roof about a year ago. The lady that answers the phone was super kind and helpful and assured me that they would get it fixed. I live two hours from Salt Lake and Travis came down first thing Saturday morning (on time) and got right to work and sealed my rocks/fireplace where he think the leak is happening. He was very kind and friendly. These guys seem very professional and friendly.

They did a great job at a competitive price with lots of attention to detail and using better materials such as synthetic paper vs. Felt and added a lot of extra flashing vs. the original roof, ribbed vent instead of turtle ducts, etc. They were couldn't be happier with the whole process.

They came quick and started right away. The crew tearing down old shingles were quick and done the first day and new shingles delivered that afternoon. The next day Miguel worked very hard installing the new shingles and finished in less than two days. They cleaned everything up and it looked beautiful!
