We had an excellent experience with Roof Masters ATL on a recent roof maintenance and repair job. Diego was really great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and digest. He listened carefully to our requirements and proposed solutions that addressed specific needs instead of pushing us into larger repairs (like others did). He also used photos and videos very effectively to show us problem areas and explain what needed to happen. During the project, Diego stayed close and checked in frequently, which was very reassuring. His crew did quality work, was respectful, and left the site clean and tidy when they were done. This might be the most important piece … Diego is true to his word and does what he says he’s going to do, which is not necessarily the case with many other contractors. His follow-ups and overall follow-through were exceptional. Big thumbs up! When I need another roof repair or when it comes time to replace the roof, we will not hesitate to use Diego and his team again.
