I could not be happier with the attentive roofing service throughout the whole process. I had a few active roof leaks found during an inspection, and after I called, they had someone out the same day to check everything. Nathaniel and Barry were extremely responsive and made the entire roof repair process feel easy and stress free. They put together a solid plan to fix the problem areas, explained the scope of work in simple terms, and offered very fair pricing. A crew was scheduled quickly and the repairs were completed within just a few days. They also handled the needed certificate of insurance and matched the required shingle color and quality standards for the community without any trouble. The roofing crew did quality work, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. Just as important, they cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done and did not leave behind shingles, nails, or debris. The finished roof repair looks great, and the service from start to finish was smooth, professional, and reliable. I was very impressed with the communication, workmanship, and overall care they showed.

I spoke with Nathaniel after a referral, and after several heavy rainstorms in Chamblee we noticed a small leak around our living room skylight. He came out promptly, got up on the roof, and completed a careful roof inspection. He found that some cracked sealant around the skylight flashing was letting in a little water. We were very pleased when he resealed the area right away during the visit. He also let us know the rest of the roof was in solid shape, which gave us peace of mind. We appreciated his professionalism, quick response, and helpful roofing knowledge, and we would absolutely call again for any roof repair or roofing service in the future.

I had a great experience with my full roof replacement after some shingles were blown off from storm and wind damage. I had a few roofing crews come out for estimates, but Nathaniel was the only one who actually got up on the roof and did a …

I stayed in touch with Barry for quite a while about two different roofing projects. He was easy to talk with and explained roof needs in simple everyday language that was easy to understand. I hired the roofing team for the house we moved into, and the crew finished the job fast, in and out in two days, with clear updates throughout the process. I chose them because the price was the best out of three estimates, and I felt confident knowing I could call if any roofing issues came up since their work and materials came with a warranty. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress free. I also plan to have them come back for more coating work on my box gutters in the warmer season. I am hoping this roof stays in great shape for many years.

I’ve found my new go-to home improvement and roofing company, Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction. Barry and his crew were excellent. They first handled a roof repair for me, gave me the best quote, and finished the work on time. He also noticed some poor workmanship from another contractor that was likely causing my ongoing leak. After several heavy rainstorms in Chamblee, the roof has stayed dry with no issues. On the next project, Nathaniel helped turn a small half bath off my kitchen into a pantry, and it came out great. The work was finished on schedule, the cleanup was excellent, and the whole process was smooth. Later, after I had a new sink and water filter installed by another plumber, I ended up with a leak under the sink. A team member came out quickly, fixed the problem, and charged a very fair rate. It’s been a great experience from roof work to interior repairs, and I’ve already recommended them to friends.

As first-time homeowners, my wife and I felt a little overwhelmed by the idea of taking on such a big roofing project. After another contractor backed out at the last minute, Nathaniel was the most responsive and professional person we worked with. He stayed patient, answered all of our questions clearly, and helped us understand each step of the roof work. Even when a few issues came up that were outside his control, he kept us updated and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Barry was also reassuring and great to have on site, and the crew did solid, high-quality roofing work with excellent attention to detail. The finished roof looks even better than we expected, and we would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I had a crew come out to my home for roof cleaning, roof treatment, and gutter cleaning, and I was very impressed with the service. Nathaniel handled the job on his own that day and worked steadily for several hours, only pausing to move equipment and explain what he noticed about the roof condition, flashing, vents, and gutters. He was helpful, easy to talk with, and clearly knew a lot about roof care and minor repair concerns. He explained possible problem areas in simple terms and made it easy to understand what may need attention later. I was especially impressed with his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and knowledge of roofing service. Scheduling was smooth, and the appointment was set within a reasonable time. The team showed up when expected and completed the work exactly as promised. The roof and gutter system looked much better afterward, and I felt confident that the home was being cared for properly. I would definitely recommend this roofing company for roof cleaning, gutter service, and general roof maintenance needs.

Barry and his roofing crew truly saved my home, and I am very thankful. After buying an older house, I spent a lot of time meeting with different roofers to understand my options. Many only wanted to put new shingles over the existing roof, but I knew the house needed a full roof replacement, better attic ventilation, and the most cost-effective solution done the right way. There were serious issues hiding under the surface, including attic mold, rotted trusses, damaged decking, and insulation installed incorrectly. I had already paid someone else to handle the mold problem, and that work was not done properly. Because of that, I wanted a roofing contractor who was honest, clear, skilled, and professional enough to manage the whole project from start to finish. Barry and Nathaniel helped put together a complete plan that included roofing, ventilation improvements, new roof sheathing, and an attic fan to help with the heat. Once the old materials were removed, even more damage was found, but they explained everything clearly and helped me make the best decisions for the house. They also brought in a carpentry crew to repair framing in multiple areas, and they found a badly rotted chimney structure that could have caused major damage if it had been left alone. They stayed on top of every repair until everything was made safe and finished correctly. The crew was on site for weeks and was always friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain what was happening, what choices I had, and which roofing and structural repairs would give the best long-term result. Their workmanship, honesty, and attention to detail were outstanding. What impressed me most was that they stayed committed to the job until it was fully completed. They did not rush, cut corners, or leave parts unfinished. They showed real pride in their work, strong integrity, and the kind of roofing knowledge that gives a homeowner confidence. They were also kind to my family throughout
