  Job not completed to satisfaction and completely forgotten about and disregarded. Couldn't be more dissappointed in this company. Hired them to resolve a leak in an area near a chimney. The leak turned out to be in two places. The company only addressed one leak. Numerous attempts to have someone to come back out have failed. Do not use this company they will drop you in a second and do not stand behind their work. Worked with Boaz and Daniel. I called MK Roofing. They did a great job. These jerks sent me an umbrella after not repairing my leak.

  Andrew, thanks for your feedback. We repaired the chimney area beyond standard roofing practices, addressing a direct leak caused by rotted wood and a poor patch job from a previous contractor. The new issue you're seeing is about 10 feet away from our repair and unrelated to the area we addressed. There were no signs of problems there at the time, and you even noted in your text: “The leak corresponds to the dip in the decking below the roof and flashing repair. Looks like there were two problems at the same time.” We agree—it appears two issues existed simultaneously, but only one was visible and contracted for repair. We also recommended a full roof replacement due to its overall condition and followed up with you unprompted—wishing you a Happy 4th and offering to help. Even though this was a separate issue, we still sent our team back out at no charge. While we can’t be responsible for the entire roof, we’re happy to assist further. We have reached out trying to find a resolution with no response back.

  Firebrand did our gutter removal and installation and did a fantastic job! The job was done within the time frame they gave, and they followed up in person and over the phone to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Would 100% work with again!

  Excellent roofing company! From start to finish, the entire experience was great. The team was professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable.   Nick was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond explaining every little detail that my roof needs. He broke down the good, better and best options, even spoke to me about financing. Roof repair is never a fun thing but Nick made the experience super personable, he was warm, kind and genuinely wanted me to have a better home experience. Highly recommend!!

  I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark! Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Firebrand Roofing. You won't be disappointed!
