  It took over a year to have any action done on my home. The roof was only half done because "thats all they'd cover". Even after they assured me that my home insurance wouldn't take repercussions because of the litigation, my insurance has now dropped me. And now because the litigation happened and there is only half a new roof on my house, no new insurance companies want to insure my home. I do not recommend. Please do more research than I did.

  Ms. Deshler, we are sorry your roof replacement took a long time to be completed. We do not have control over the timeframe for getting the roof approved through the insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies will often use stalling tactics, and flat out denials, as they did in your case. Your roof clearly had storm damage, which is why we offered you the option of litigation after they denied the roof. The insurance company then settled to replace only the main dwelling area roof, still denying the flat roof areas. In the state of Florida, insurance companies cannot cancel your insurance for filing a claim. FL Statutes Ch 627.4133 states: After the policy has been in effect for 60 days, no such policy shall be canceled by the insurer except when there has been a material misstatement, a nonpayment of premium, a failure to comply with underwriting requirements established by the insurer within 60 days of the date of effectuation of coverage, or a substantial change in the risk covered by the policy or when the cancellation is for all insureds under such policies for a given class of insureds. The portions of the job we could control, such as the installation of the roof itself, scheduling, and clean up, we believe we did a good job. And it seemed you agreed at the time, as you referred your neighbor to us after completion.   They had us sign a paper that stated we could not get roof done by anyone else, this was buried in the fine print, never could give us a real quote and break down of what was done. We could of got other companies to do the roof for less money but could not get out of this one. Average cost for our roof should have been $13,000 they billed the insurance company $24,500 and insurance company paid all but our deductible. Now we know why insurance rates are high in Florida!

  Called the day after the hurricane and Tiffany came out that day. She sent someone out the next day to determine what was needed to complete the job and we got a call Saturday while running errands the job was done. Great communication, great work ethic, and great integrity! I have already recommended them to 3 other people.

  From the inspection of my roof by Eddie to the completion. Job was done to perfection and cleanup was thorough. These people do what they say they are going to do and do not make excuses. Tiffany will take care of everything on the paperwork end. Let them deal with the insurance company and relax. Amazing service and company.
