I have used this company 2x for separate roof leaks. First leak took 2 trips before a sucessful repair. The second roof leak into my garage they have been out at least 5 times over the past year and it still leaks. I would not use this company.

For all my out of state investors and property owners, this company will not see your property unless you physically show up to the appointment. I hope this review saves someone some time.

Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe there may have been some confusion, as there is another Affordable Roofing company, and it’s possible you might be referring to them. We would like to clarify that our company gladly provides free estimates for property managers, investors and out-of-state property owners. If you would like to discuss your needs or schedule an appointment, please feel free to call us at **407-935-0050**, and we will be happy to assist you. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future. Best regards, Affordable Roofing Team ---

1st of all setup an appointment with Affordable Roofing by John and hours before the appointment I get an email with a quote. I thought it might be a mistake so I called. Nope they said that they looked at the home online. This is the 3rd quote for the same project with the same repair. I thought affordable may mean less expensive they are highest price so far

Price was over $3,000 more than everyone else. I got 5 estimates. He wrote his estimate on a piece of paper in front of me. Unprofessional & overpriced.

I am sorry for your experience, but what you are describing is not Affordable Roofing by John Cadwell Inc. we do all our estimates via computer printout or email, I believe it is another company such as Affordable Roofing LLC, not us, Please remove or call 409-935-0050

Horribly unreliable. This was written on July 30th, 2021. First they were relatively quick to accept an appointment to come out and look at a roof leak for a reasonable fee of $65 that would be applied towards the repair once an estimate …

We have had great service for 3 years plus with Affordable Roofing. They installed our roof when our home was built and have continued with great service. We have their maintenance contract and they routinely inspect and clean off our roof. Would highly recommend.

John at Affordable roof made our roof repair effortless , from his quote to materials and work everything was smooth and clean. Even a small repair to a patio roof 11 months later he was on spot to coming to look at the job to getting it done was smooth. He answered the call and came right out . I would highly recommend him and Affordable roofing for your home or business roofing needs . Thanks again John

Affordable roofing came out to do a repair job on my roof……it did not turn out so good…..I reached out to John and within three minutes he called me back. He apologized and said he had a new employee out there and he would be out in the morning to get that corrected. True to his word he was out first thing the next morning and they did a Good job! It’s always comforting to know that if you have a situation, that’s not to your liking you have a company that will stand behind their work! And John did just that! I would recommend them.

This company put a brand new roof on our home in 2012 and we were completely satisfied with the install, professional communication and reasonable price. This year, while trying to renew our home insurance, the insurance company requested some repair in order to continue insuring our home. John Caldwell, the owner of this company, came out to the house, reviewed the area of concern, and addressed it. He then sent me pictures so I could send to the insurance company and hopefully continue with our coverage. And here’s the best part…he did not charge us! We highly recommend this company for their prompt, professional and excellent service. Thanks John!
