The first three are Google’s own figures for Heart Of Florida Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Florida roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Heart Of Florida Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. They were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process of obtaining a roof certification. They arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the roof, and provided the certification promptly. Their communication was excellent, and they made the process easy and stress-free. We had a small leak over the kitchen with a fairly new roof out of warranty. Patrick and Adam repaired the area of the leak and addressed a couple potential problems. I appreciate the pictures to understand the repair but also see their handy work. Very professional. They will be my go to for roofing needs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 319 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 319, of which 290 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
