Can I give 0 stars?? Inspected a 7 year old roof that they claimed had extreme blistering and needed a full replacement. Roof was in nearly perfect condition. I get that it is slow, but trying to take advantage of people is wrong!

Back in August I received 2 bids for roof repairs. I chose a company JN ROOFING (AVOID AVOID AVOID) and expected to hear back within a few days. When I didn't hear from them for 3 WEEKS, I contacted RoofBrokers and asked them to cancel my …

MPM kim, We're very sorry to hear this. May through September are incredibly busy months, and occasionally we fail at communicating how the process works. Lots of things can cause delays, everything from weather, construction holding up the crew, to materials being on back order. Roof Brokers and all the contractors we work with try to stay on top of all of it, we're very sorry this happened. Without knowing your address we're unable to address your concerns more fully. We do hope your roof was repaired and that the work was to your satisfaction.

What a joke. Will say ANYTHING to obtain business. Will tell you your roof needs replacing when it does NOT.

Mr. Hammond, we are very sorry you did not receive the report you wanted. However, our inspectors opinions are based on their expertise as Roof Inspectors. We are fully aware that other contractors may very well agree to repair and … More

We needed a 5-year roof cert to sell our home. Our house is only 4 years old. Roof Brokers looked at it and said it needed $2,000 in repairs. We had 2 other licensed roofers inspect it, and both said the roof was fine. Quotes: "perfect" and "whoever installed this roof knew what they were doing". I can only surmise that Roof Brokers knew we had a closing coming up and reported issues hoping for some (unneeded) business. Easy money, in other words. Nope, not for me. Instead, I'll do business with honest contractors who are not out to take advantage of a customer.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of roof brokers and j and n roofing. We have had nothing but trouble with them. We signed a contract in July. Work didn’t start until mid October. We kept getting excuse after excuse. They said there …

5253 West 29th Avenue Wheat Ridge CO 80214 We absolutely understand why Mr. Vitaska is upset. Having your roof replaced is very stressful. We did everything in our power to make it as smooth of a process as possible, unfortunately a few things occurred that were out of our control. Our office staff went above and beyond to try and assist Mr. Vitaska and to coordinate between him and the contractor. He is correct that the roof was not completed till the 3rd week of October; the contractor was running about 4-6 weeks behind. There are several factors that cause this, permits, weather, materials, inspections, as well as any delays the crew runs into while replacing the roof. Every job the contractor had from July 13th through the start date of October 12th had the potential to cause delays. As much as we wish it was different, it just isn’t. In this instance delays were also caused by He is also correct that the measurements were wrong; it was not a matter of underestimating, but rather a data entry mistake. There is no way to know exactly how it occurred, but as soon as it was brought to Roof Broker’s attention we told the homeowner that the inspector would be back charged for the mistake and the homeowner would NOT be charged. A corrected contract was sent to the homeowner, and the contractor. You can see a sample below. Sometimes there are mistakes, we are only human. But all of us at Roof Brokers try very hard to meet our customer’s needs; at no time did we try and make it sound like Mr. Vitaska’s fault. We immediately apologized for the mistake, fixed the error, and made sure he knew he would not be paying for it. We even ordered and paid for an Eagleview to confirm accurate measurements. As you can see, the form is fairly simple, but occasionally we forget to carry a number, or enter a number, or there can also be a typo when it’s entered into the inspector’s tablet. Timeline: 5/15/17 – Initial inspection and sent quote 5/17/17 - Re-sent quote 7/13/1

Roof brokers provided quotes from three companies. We went with J&N Roofing, the results have been extremely poor. The roof is less than seven months old and is pooling worse than any other roof (12 units on our street) on our street. When the owner came out and looked at it, he said it was fine, and was condescending. To make matters worse, they painted the flashing and the paint is already coming off. It started peeling after just a few months! I would not recommend J&N Roofing or Roof Brokers.

Be careful of these guys. Asked for a quote. The said only minor repairs are needed and quoted at $400 with a 5 year certification and then when they came out to do the work told us it is now $2,000 to do the work.

My realtor put me in contact with them when I was selling my house and the inspection asked for a roof inspection. They came out quickly and addressed the issues. They were great to work with and pricing was very affordable. Thanks for taking this piece of the sale on and helping me get through it. I would highly recommend them!

They won't help you if you have a rooftop deck. I was trying to get some quick quotes over the course of a week to buy a place but they were very slow to respond. I initially sent pics of the flat roof and deck and after a few days they said they can only quote if someone else removed the deck. They claimed they had already been out to view the roof (without telling me) but never said how, since it was gated, unoccupied, and recessed from view. It would have been better if when they saw the initial photos said it was work they don't do. Keep getting other quotes while you wait for them.

Awesome & communicative company to work with; you’d be wrong to go anywhere else for your roofing needs. My real estate team recommends them to all our sellers with any roofing needs!
