I noticed a ceiling leak and called several roofing companies that offered free estimates. This was the only roofer that got back to me right away. Preston responded quickly, was very friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. After a careful roof inspection, he found the source of the leak, explained the issue in simple terms, and fixed it on the spot. I really appreciated how honest and helpful the service was. Preston also let me know the roof still has a couple more years left before a full roof replacement may be needed, which gave me peace of mind. It is clear they know roofing, leak repair, and how to handle problems before they turn into bigger damage. Since the repair, everything has been holding up well, and I would absolutely call them again when it is time for a new roof. Highly recommend this roofing team for fast response, clear communication, and dependable work.

We spoke with a few roofing contractors about a roof replacement, and some answered while others never followed up. After asking friends for roofer recommendations, we were referred to Perez Brothers Roofers and heard that preston and his crew did great work. When we called, he got back to us the same day, went over our roofing needs, inspected the roof, and gave us a clear, fair estimate with the labor, materials, and full scope of work. It had been a long time since our last roof install, so we had a lot of questions. preston and the crew did an excellent job replacing the fascia boards and installing our new black onyx roof. The crew was polite, on time, and kept the property clean during the project. We have gotten so many compliments on the new roof and really appreciate the quality workmanship. They also helped with siding repairs, new siding, french doors, exterior painting, and new gutters. We were worried about damaged material under the old siding, but everything that needed attention was replaced the right way. The whole team worked hard, stayed professional, and made sure the exterior work tied in well with the new roofing system. In Aurora, it is important to have a strong roof and solid exterior materials that can handle sun, hail, wind, and changing weather, and they delivered exactly that. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work.

They helped with more than just roofing. Along with roof work, they wrapped my 12' x 12' x 12' shed with corrugated steel roofing panels and also handled a small roofing project for a church campground in Aurora. I reached out for a few estimates, and this crew stood out right away with clear communication, fair pricing, and real interest in both jobs, even the smaller one. Preston was quick to provide a solid estimate, and Bryson checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. Trenton and the roofing crew did a great job from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The shed came out looking great, and the church project was completed with the same level of care and attention. I also appreciated how clean they kept the work area and how fast they finished everything. They even helped save money on the smaller project by making smart use of leftover roofing materials from the shed. It is refreshing to find a reliable roofing company that does quality work, treats people well, and takes pride in every project. I am very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, metal panels, or gutter-related work.

I was married to a roofer for many years, so I know good roofing work when I see it. That is why I chose Perez Brothers Roofers for my new roof, and I am very happy with the result. The crew was prompt, professional, and well prepared from the start. I picked a metal roof in a color that matched my shutters, and it looks beautiful. They finished the roof install in just one day, and I watched how organized and skilled they were the whole time. After a good rain, the roof performed exactly as it should, and that gave me even more confidence in the quality of the work. Everything was cleaned up when they were done, there was no mess left behind, and the price was very fair for the level of craftsmanship. I have already had family and other people ask who did my roofing job because it looks so good. I love hearing the rain now, knowing the roof is solid, attractive, and built right. If you need a roof, I would strongly recommend them.

My twenty year old metal shingle roof was wearing out and starting to fail. preston came out quickly and did a full roof inspection from top to bottom. After seeing the photos of the problem areas, i knew a full roof replacement was the right move. We decided to switch from the old metal shingles to a new asphalt shingle roofing system for better peace of mind. bryson returned with a full roofing crew, and in just a few hours they tore off the old roof, repaired damaged plywood decking, sealed everything properly, and installed the new shingles. trenton and the team were professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. They answered all my questions clearly, and the cleanup after the job was excellent. A follow-up visit was also made to make sure i was completely happy with the finished roof, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Perez Brothers Roofers is by far the best roofing company that has worked on my home. They did an excellent job on my new roof, siding, gutters, and window wraps, with clean flashing, solid sealing, and great caulking all around. Bryson was top-notch and explained clearly how the claim process would go, the estimate, the scope of work, the installation steps, and the cleanup. The crew finished the job in a timely way, even faster than I expected, and the contractor came out both before and after completion to check everything. If there was anything I wanted adjusted, they fixed it right away with no hassle. The team was professional, careful, and clearly took pride in their workmanship, and it showed in every part of the project. The workers were polite, easy to talk to, and focused on customer satisfaction and quality results. They took time to listen to what I wanted, answered questions, and made the whole exterior improvement process smooth and stress-free. We also had 8 new windows installed, and everything went perfectly with no issues at all. Our house looks beautiful now and truly feels like home. Excellent work.

I called for an estimate to replace the roof and gutters on our second home in Aurora. Since we are only there a few days each month, we were worried about how quickly the roofing quote and installation could be handled. Preston came out the same day we called, inspected everything right away, and explained the roofing and gutter work in simple terms. We received a detailed quote within the hour and were able to get the roof replacement and gutter installation scheduled without any hassle. The whole process felt organized, fast, and professional. If you want strong workmanship, fair pricing, quality roofing materials, and a crew that makes your project a top priority, this is a great company to choose.
