  Your truck wouldn't let me and another car merge on i70 and nearly hit me. I had to slam on my breaks because the lanes were merging and they clearly didn't know how to do zipper traffic.

  Check with WSB TV in Atlanta, GA. They are running a news story now (11-4-09) on the people who are left with NO roof but thousands of dollars gone. Check Pennacle's website, then check Chateau's website. Totally the same, name/address is changed. RIP OFF COMPANY!

  This one is a tough one for me. We have been trying to work with the roofing people for almost 3 months now. Everytime they promise they will get to work by the beginning of the next month. We are now at a point where we have to get approval from our hoa all over again due to their broken promises. On top of that, we are always the ones that have to follow up, we receive no communication from academy unless it is our side instigating. Initially I played it off as a huge influx of business due to the house damage in our neighborhood, but the lack of follow through is ridiculous. I strongly suggest searching somewhere else if you are looking to have your roof repaired.

  I had rodent damage on my roof that needed repairs. Academy did a great job; reasonable estimate, timely scheduling and professional staff start to finish. Would definitely use them again!

  I had a great experience with this company, and I will use them in the future. They replaced a gutter for me, and did a great job. I had one complaint about my tip out being a little off center, but they sent a guy to fix it before I paid for the work. From estimate to finish within a few days.
