  I've used and paid Ron Russell roofing over 100K in the past 10 years for roofs for my home flipping business. I just had them out to give me a price to repair my personal roof and after sending me a proposal a guy texts me at 830 at night to tell me they cant do it. I had them bid another job for me last year and they were 5K over a roofer that I didn't even know. Everything changed with this company when Terry left, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  To start, they never actually did any work. I called them for a quote. When we were ready to have them start I called and emailed them several times with no response. Finally I got a call back that they were not able to do my roof due to complications, which was disappointing but fine. A couple months later they emailed me about completing my roof. After following up, I was told again they were not able to do it. My realtor recommended them, but the lack of communication left me underwhelmed. You may have to call them more than you like to keep up with your project.

  The roof he installed needs some attention. The office doesn't respond. Mr Russell said he would get back to me the next week. That never happened! The roof has a 25 yr. Warranty. Evidently that doesn't mean a thing to this company. The BBB rating is not favorable

  Had them come out and do the roof. ended up getting rats in my attic from the dumpster they brought. told them about the rats and they did nothing to fix the issue, and told me that the rats were there before. a week prior i was in my attic and there was no sign of rats or any vermin in my attic. i ended up showing them a about 11 in (body size) rat and they still went with that i had them prior. if i could go back i wouldn't even hire them in the first place

  After review we know this is many years responding back here online to this complaint...we would be grateful for you to remove this.. ?? As you know We did our best and brought a pest company out RIGHT AWAY who said it definitely was not likely that big rats came from the dumpster company which we supplied there company name to you and the dumpster company also attempted to give soke proof that there dumpsters are emptied clean when they bring them out. Also you had after called us to give another estimate to another roof. We are hoping for you to take this bad review down if you would be so kindly to do please.   Called Ron Russell Roofing for an estimate. Left message. They called back and said they would "be out either Friday or Monday. The never came or called.

  The roof on my house is six months old and is already leaking. I called and someone came out to "fix" it. Well, it's still leaking. Two weeks later and I STILL can't get anyone to come out again and actually fix the leak. I can't even get an estimate on when they MIGHT be able to come out. Meanwhile, I'm trying to contain the water damage. In summary: poor workmanship, poor service, poor quality.

  Absolute joy to work with Dan Skelton! Sometimes any repairs, especially a roofing process can be difficult to navigate but it was an absolute breeze and everything was completed with perfection! Reliable and expectations were met! Definitely recommend Dan and the team with Ron Russell!
