Roman Roofing NYC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roman Roofing NYC.

Poor workmanship. A truly horrific experience. Monica and Lindsey of Roman Roofing won’t honor their warranty and my brand new roof is leaking after a few months. Staff is rude and dismissive about the leak. Save yourself the headache.. find someone that will stand behind their craft.

Construction next door? Your roof felt it. Bushwick is mid-boom. Every block from Wyckoff to Morgan Ave has a lot cleared, and the pile driving that follows shakes century-old attached buildings hard enough to open roof seams and crack parapet joints next door. 🏗️ Searches for roofing near Bushwick Brooklyn climb every time a foundation goes in, and the calls sound alike: no leaks for years, excavation started in spring, ceiling stained by summer. Roman Roofing NYC has roofed these attached blocks since 1987, and the fight is won before the first jackhammer. What protects you: Pre-construction condition survey, timestamped photos of your roof, parapets, and ceilings filed BEFORE work starts next door Vibration-zone re-checks, we re-walk your roof after excavation and steel phases wrap Damage packets built for the developer's insurer, because ""prove it was us"" is always their first response Worth knowing: NYC code makes developers protect adjacent properties. Without a dated baseline, every new crack becomes ""pre-existing."" 📋 A Troutman St owner called when seams opened mid-excavation next door. His March baseline survey made the claim airtight, and the developer's insurer paid the full $11,400 repair. 🧱 We serve row houses, lofts, and mixed-use buildings across Bushwick, Ridgewood, and Bed-Stuy. Lots are clearing on every block. Book your baseline before the drilling starts, 4 surveys open in August. 📞 Call or message to schedule yours free.2 days agoCall now
