🏛️ We Pull Permits. Every Time. Here's Why That Protects You. In New York City, roofing work that requires a permit — and most replacement projects do — must be filed with the NYC Department of Buildings before work begins. Contractors who skip permits do it to save time and cost. The risk? You pay it.
