  My roof came with a manufacturer’s warranty but according to the manufacturer Rodeffer didn’t apply the product correctly so now I have a damaged roof that I paid 10s of thousands of dollars for 6 years ago and it already needs repaired. The manufacturing company told me it was applied incorrectly and the warranty was voided. Rodeffer said that someone from the company would look at it but I’ve heard nothing. Edited: We heard back from the manufacturer and they said their decision stands and that the product was applied incorrectly and to take it up with the contractor (Rodeffer). Rodeffer has already said multiple times that he applied it correctly and "has not done anything wrong" so I see no reason to let him back on the roof.

  The roof was not installed improperly in which David Ring will not let us on the roof, even to look at it. It’s be over six years. We give a five-year workmanship & it doesn’t matter we usually fix it whether it’s our fault or not after the Warranty.We’re still in the process of trying to get Henry’s Coating representative out to the site if we’re allowed to. All Mr Ring had to do say Rodney we have a problem can you come and look at it? I would’ve said OK I’ll be right there, but no, he will not even allow us on the roof? And says he’s going to slandering my company. Be careful slandering someone that has not done anything wrong.

  I called to get an estimate for a repair on our roof. When I asked about getting a repair done he says NO and then just said nothing else then he said we are not doing repairs until the end of December I said well can I get an estimate he did say yes finally so I scheduled it. My co worker even was shocked the way he spoke and responded! I talked to my husband and he said just cancell that does he not know how many roofing companies there are!!! The only reason I called them is because Lowe's had referred them. Well our repair job was a 3700.00 job and the company we used I have already referred them twice and will continue to refer them. We will also be using the same company for our new roof . So Rodeffer remember that when you answer the phone to talk to a customer it does matter not only that job but future work and referral too. I will also be calling Lowe's to let them know how this company responded to my call they may not want to recommend you either!!!

  Betty, I said be December before we can get to your repair,we can come out and give you a Estimate.We schedule a time and date.Then you call back and cancel the appointment. Dont know what else we could’ve done.

  Rodney was honest with me when he came out to offer an estimate. Supplies were delivered about a week or so before his team started. They showed up early and was done with my little home before lunch as I was informed. I am very happy with the color I chose. Thank you Rodney and your team for a great job. I definitely recommend Rodeffer Roofing.

  We dealt with a leaking back porch for a couple years. We had a few other roofers attempt to fix it and a few quoted way too high. But not these guys!!! Seriously if you need your roof fixed you can’t go wrong with them. The guy who built our porch DIYed it. Tanner and his crew worked together to troubleshoot all our issues and fixed it in just a few hours. I couldn’t be happier!

  I called for a quote, they responded very quickly, the price was good, the reputation amongst the community is wonderful, they showed up when they said they would, the were amazingly hard working, and my roof looks absolutely amazing!   Rodeffer Roofing did an amazing job removing our old roof and replacing with a beautiful roof! They showed up at 6 am and were completed by 4 pm. The guys cleaned everything up before they left. We highly recommend them!
