  I do not appreciate this company sending Sales people to my house to knock at dinner time. I’m on the do not knock list and I would never do business with any company that intrudes on what what they know to be the normal dinner time after a person has worked all day.

  I am writing this to warn other Yorktown/Muncie homeowners to get multiple bids before signing with Clemens. My mother was quoted over $102,000 for a standard roof replacement. The representative, Steven Hunsicker , used aggressive high-pressure tactics, stating the price would only drop to $78,567 if she signed the contract that same day. After she signed, we immediately sought a second opinion from a reputable local contractor who quoted the work for $24,000. Furthermore, I noticed their contract includes a "Cooperative Savings Plan" that offers a nearly $9,000 discount in exchange for a "Yard Sign" and an "Online Review on Major Platform". This explains why their ratings are so high; customers are essentially being paid to leave them. We exercised our legal 3-day right to cancel the contract. Thankfully, we had not paid a down payment yet. Please do your homework and get at least three quotes before committing to this company.

  Predatory, creepy practices. They practice door to door solicitation and don’t give up. I had someone not pound on my door once but twice and ring my doorbell multiple times to solicit me. He told me I should have had a sign saying I was a shift worker and not to knock. Don’t use this company.

  If you want your windows measured, select windows, and quote without going through a questionnaire about how long youve live in your home, what year etc...then dont contact this company. I asked their rep what that has to do with how much to replace windows? He replied its their checklist. I just wanted to pay cash...no financing! I didnt have time for all that bs! I dont know how good their work is...we didnt make it past question 2!

  A rep from Clemens knocked on my door asking if I needed any projects done. I did. I told him what I would like done. He said someone would come back the next day to give me an estimate. I told them I would be at work, but my wife would be there to receive the estimate. This was slightly distressing to him but ok. The next day a rep came by and was visibly annoyed that only my wife and daughter were there. Was actually not there to give an estimate on what I wanted done, but to try to sell other things beyond that. Refused to give an estimate and left. Supposedly their policy is to have both husband and wife present when they are pitching you. Texted the next day to see when I would be available with my wife. I told him that a day that I would be available, but that my wife would be out of town that day. Surprise! That was going to be OK. I don't think I want to support a company that promotes a disrespectful ideology....so I won't be.

  Very rude people. I would never do business with them nor recommend them. They think forcing themselves on people is the way to do business, even after asked to leave the property!

  Clemens did a great job replacing my mother's roof and repairing her front porch after they were damaged by a storm. Thank you to Steven and Ethan for the presentations, measurements and confirmation of information we received. Thank you to Ms. Bobby for always keeping my mother up-to-date with services and product arrivals. Also thank you again to Ms. Bobby for pushing the date forward and helping to get all the products here ahead of schedule due to my mother's requests. Thank you to the entire roofing crew who did an amazing job and replaced my mother's entire roof in one day. Thank you to Scott, James, and Leland for fixing and repairing my mother's front porch. Thank you to all of Clemens for the amazing service provided!

  Highly recommend, Replaced all our windows & did a excellent job. All the crew members are very friendly, professional and went above & beyond what was expected of them.   All of the persons I dealt with were courteous and very helpful. Abel worked a very long day in intense heat to repair extensive damage to the chimney and area around it. Brandon came to help him in the afternoon, and they both worked into the evening to complete the job. The heat and humidity made their work a real challenge! The work was completed in one day and was scheduled sooner than I thought it could be--a real plus to have the repairs made in a timely manner! I am so pleased.

  Clemens Home Solution did an amazing job on our roof & windows. Brandon and his crew were very polite, friendly & answered all questions we had. The window team did an amazing job, especially with the very old window we had in front, it was a challenge but we are extremely happy with the outcome.   Great company! Would highly recommend them! Installers Luis & crew were great & so easy to work with and very quick to address any concerns we had. Luis did the follow up inspection and it was a real pleasure to deal with him. Will definitely use them for any new future projects!
