Hi Adam, we have no phone records with your name. Perhaps you could call us again and connect with us? We have been experiencing phone service difficulties through Starlink throughout the days recently. We would love to connect with you.

We called Bailey to replace a small section of my grandparents roof that had wind damage and leaking. He told us it would be a "quick half job". I'm sure it would have been just that but they never showed up. We reached out several times and was told he would get a crew out there and never did. It has been almost a year and still nothing. Now that the roof has even more damage we have to find someone else.

Hi Dani, we’re very sorry you feel this way. We do understand your frustration however, as I explained before, we do have a long line of customers and the customers with active leaks have tarps or temporary repairs in place until our crew can get to the full replacement.
