  We received a quote from Brad to do work on our roof. After comparing we decided to go with another company. I have had no less than 40 calls from Five Star Roofing in the past year. I have told them the work is already done and that is exactly what it is. I have asked every single time to be removed from the call list and I was ensured that it would be done. I once received 3 calls in two days and I told the lady on the phone that this is not a good reflection on your company to continually call quoted customers after you find out they no longer need the work. It's a waste of time for both parties and makes me not want to EVER use your business. Stop wasting everyone's time. Your employees and me!!! 🤷‍♂️

  They butchered the roof on our rental building. They refuse to stand behind their work and take ownership for their actions. The roof was done in January and now in June it is falling apart. They came back one time before to fix leaks that caused water damage in the upstairs apartment. That should’ve never had to happen. It was a brand new roof. Now they ghost us and won’t respond. If you want a horrible roofer, go with this company.

  We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify the situation. There was a signed contract in place, as well as a signed change order. In roofing, there can be unforeseen conditions that can be uncovered. When that happens, a change order is required and in this case, it was reviewed and signed prior by the customer and agreed to additional work being completed the the additional amount that is stated above. Our team has made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve this matter. Most recently, we sent a representative out in person to work toward a resolution, but payment was still refused. Regarding the lien, this is never our first step. It is a last resort when payment is not made for completed and agreed-upon work. This is standard practice in the construction industry. We remain willing to resolve this matter and encourage direct communication so we can bring this to a fair conclusion.

  Mike, we have went above and beyond Honoring your warranty. We have at least two times serviced your skylights that are not under warranty because we Did not install them and they are very old at no charge. Also, we have never ask anyone to prepay for a warranty transfer on the chance you might transfer your warranty down the road. As for the labor being out of warranty that is part of the contract both companies agreed to and signed. If your asking us to paint a down spout We are not a painting company and a down spout has nothing to do with a roof Warranty. Your welcome to call anytime to our service manager and she will Always schedule you promptly. If your not satisfied with the service department our ownership team always accepts calls. And goes above and beyond to satisfy customer relationships.

  Absolutely absurd amount of call's from this company, they promised to take me off their call list many times over the last 3 years and never do. Today a red truck shows up in front of one of my buildings and asked to take a look at the roof, like he had made an appointment? I just spoke with one of there sales guys last week again and demanded to be removed from the call list and then they send a truck out to my address to look at the roof!? This is feeling a lot like harassment. Called me again today, 9-5-2025. They did not resolve anything , just tried to beg to have the bad review removed. Made excuses and told me no more calls would be made... and I'm still getting calls. 10-9-2025... Yep you guessed it another call from five star... Rest assured that they will never quit calling you and they will never do what they promise they're going to do please do not choose five star roofing for any service. 11-25-2025... Still getting called and emails...Not sure it will ever stop, All the broken promises from there people, it UNREAL! Don't trust a word they say and here is the PROOF...NONSTOP HARASSMENT. 3-6-2026....another call from five star...don't trust there's people, only care about themselves and lie right to your face

  I have asked this company to stop calling me at least 5 times since we got a quote. I am still getting calls. Do not allow them to quote you a price or you will never hear the end of it.

  Most horrible experience for me! All I will say stay away and don’t give out your info to them! Persists to annoy you with calls and emails won’t take you off the list
