We had our roof replaced on our mobile home January/February's 2022. There was a dispute between the company and the city during the inspection. They eventually got it worked out. During the first hurricane of last year we had a leaks in both our bathrooms. We tried to reach out got them to come out and do a repair, they came out and cover the roof until they could get them to come out. They addressed some of our siding issue but couldn't get them to work on the roof, tried multiple times over the last few months eventually we got word they won't repair the roof we paid them to replaced.

When a potential customer calls you and tries to explain something to you the best thing to do is LISTEN and not hangup, because you don't care. Can't imagine what it would be like to do business with your company when the receptionist doesn't even have the decency to listen for more than 8 seconds.

Chuck from Roc roofing walked me though the whole process. He gave me a fair price. After I signed the contract. Everything went very fast. They started the roof when I was told they be here. They did find things wrong, that we did not know about till the shingles were off. Chuck sent pictures to show me what needed to be done. He kept me informed during this part. He was back at the end of that day. This was done in one day. His team clean everything around the house. Chuck had to add on to the price, because of the extra work. He was very fair on the add on. I’m very happy how it came out.

I had them replace my tile roof and they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I had a small issue 2 months later and they came right out and fixed it.

ROC Roofing is professional, honest and takes pride in their work and services offered. There was no mess left behind, no damage to my plants, driveway or yard. I have a HOA and they took all paperwork to get approved so I didn’t have to. ROC Roofing followed all rules and I had no problems with my HOA. I would highly recommend ROC Roofing for any roofing needs. Thank you Chuck for all you did!
