thank you to Roofer Zeek's Emergency Service. my husband and i are very happy we chose to move forward with the full roof replacement, gutters, soffit, and related exterior repair work. oliver did a great job explaining the process and helping us understand the insurance side, and tanner made sure the storm damage we pointed out was properly included in the scope of work. the whole restoration plan was handled in a clear and efficient way, and the roofing crew delivered solid workmanship from start to finish. we also appreciated the attention to cleanup, communication, and the way the project was managed in the florida heat. we have been so pleased with the results that we have already referred four other families.

they did an excellent job on our roof replacement. oliver was patient with all our questions and clearly walked us through the roofing process, materials, and contract details. the crew quickly removed our old tile roof and handled the work with care around our yard and landscaping. they kept the job site clean each day and made sure everything looked neat when the project was finished. they also helped with the permit-related paperwork and took care of our special shingle order without any hassle. our new roof looks great, and the whole experience was smooth, professional, and well organized. we would gladly recommend this roofing company to friends and neighbors.

Tanner with Roofer Zeek's Emergency Service was prompt, attentive, and very detail oriented. I like to stay involved and watch the work, and Tanner and the crew did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. They were easy to work with, showed real skill, and kept everything moving as promised. Oliver, the gutter specialist, was top notch too. It was a great experience having them work on our home in Orange City, and they clearly understand the kind of roofing and gutter work that holds up well in Florida heat, heavy rain, and storms. A few small items needed follow-up, and the team responded quickly and came back out right away to take care of every concern. They really stand behind their roofing work, take pride in what they do, and I would gladly recommend them to friends who need roof repair, replacement, or gutter service.

oliver and his crew were great to work with at Roofer Zeek's Emergency Service. From the first call to the finished roof replacement, the whole process moved quickly, even while we were handling the property closing. oliver gave a clear estimate, explained the roofing work in simple terms, and helped us understand the shingle options and timeline. The team completed the new roof in just one day, which was impressive considering the amount of work involved. At one point oliver even went to pick up extra shingles so the job could stay on schedule, and one crew member returned later that evening to make sure every part of the roof was finished properly. The workmanship was solid, the cleanup was thorough, and the whole crew was professional and hardworking. We are very happy with the new roof and have been recommending them to friends and family for roofing and emergency roof service.

My new roof was completed recently, and I am very happy with the whole roofing experience. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They carefully covered the deck, plants, and other areas to protect everything from roofing debris during the tear-off. There were two old layers of roofing that had to be removed, and they also replaced a lot of damaged plywood before installing the new shingles. I was impressed by how quickly and smoothly the roofing team worked together, especially in the Florida heat. From the first estimate with Oliver to Tanner stopping by on the second day to explain that more plywood was needed than expected, the communication was clear and professional the entire time. The job was finished by the end of the second day, and the new shingle color looks beautiful. The house has a fresh new look, and the roof really stands out in the best way. I would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof replacement or new shingles.

After comparing a few quotes from roofing contractors for our roof replacement, we decided to go with this roofer. Their price was a little higher, but the estimate was much more detailed and thorough, which gave us real peace of mind. We felt they were trustworthy and knew we would not have to stay on top of every part of the job. We are very glad we chose them. The whole roofing process was handled in a professional, careful, and detail-focused way from start to finish. The installation was scheduled during a clear stretch of weather in Orange City and was completed in just two days. The crew worked efficiently, protected the property well, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. During the tear-off, they found 6 rotten roof panels that needed to be replaced and took care of them right away. They also improved the roof ventilation by adding a ridge vent and installed a cricket near the chimney, which had been missing before. Those upgrades gave us even more confidence that the roof system was being done the right way and would hold up well against Florida heat, rain, and strong winds. At the end of the project, Tanner and Oliver came back to address a few nail pops inside the house and completed a final walk-through to answer our questions and make sure everything looked right. Since then, we have had plenty of heavy rain and windy weather, and the new roof has performed perfectly with no issues at all. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship, communication, and overall experience, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Roofer Zeek's Emergency Service installed a wind-vented TPO roofing system over the existing flat roof on my commercial industrial building, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. They recommended a smart solution for the roof condition and gave me the best value compared with the other roofing options I reviewed. The installation work was done very well, the crew was professional, and the finished roof looks strong and dependable for Florida heat and storms. Because my first experience was so good, I contacted them again when I needed a new roofing surface on another building with an older metal roof. They once again provided the strongest proposal, explained the roofing plan clearly, and completed the job with great workmanship. I was very happy with the service both times and would recommend them for commercial roofing projects in Orange City.
