  If I could give these charlatans a zero star rating I would. They just left my house after I requested a quote. I called them and spoke to the girl who picked up the phone and told her specifically what I needed, gutter work and a ROOF PATCH. She verified the appointment and confirmed it for a roof patch and gutters if needed. I said, if needed? I told you they were damaged and needed to be replaced. That should’ve been my sign to cancel the quote. She giggled and said she’d tell the person who was coming out here today what I needed. So the guy for The quote shows up and asks what I was looking for work wise, I ask him, you weren’t informed about what the quote would entail? He said no. That should’ve been sign number two that I didn’t need work from these people. So the guy getting the quote ends up walking all over the perimeter of my house taking pictures, even though the work I need done is only on the back patio. I ignored it. He was also insisting that we use the insurance company and when I told him no, I don’t have insurance he kept asking if I did or if I did we could make it work to back date the claim. I told him no, I don’t need a new roof just the patch on the patio. He finishes his quote and is leaving but proceeds to point to a side gate, hey I left that open and motions for me to close it. Mind you there was zero reason for him to open that gate because I don’t need work done on that side of the house. So at this point I’m irritated rightfully so because he didn’t get permission to take photos of my entire property. He didn’t close the gate and I have dogs. They could’ve gotten out and got hit. After he motioned for me to close the gate he was walking towards his truck and I asked him Why he took pictures of my entire house when I only needed work on one area and he couldn’t answer me. So I told him don’t worry about the quote, I just need you to leave and told him to not send the quote. These people are predators and hire staff who can’t be bothere

  Harold, we are sorry to hear this. This review was actually written back in 2022 and everything was rectified on Noland's Part and we have not heard anything from this homeowner since.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. Be on alert if they knock on your door and try to sell you the "perfect solution" for replacing your roof. They are dishonest and do not keep their word, so, in short, I do not recommend them at all. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

  Noland's came out yesterday door knocking talking about how they were offering an inspection regarding hail damage from the June 2024 hail storm. Firstly that storm was July and 2nd it's almost a year later, seriously. I was flustered and let them go up. Didn't hear them on the roof at all. Then they came back down saying my roof was in really bad condition, needed to be replaced and they could file for me. I just had some shingles replaced after hurricane Milton Oct 2024, that roofer would've told me if I needed a replacement. I called out another company with a 5-Star review and 350 reviewers who told me what I already knew, my roof is in fine condition and can go a few more years at minimum. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! You wouldn't have surgery without a 2nd opinion, don't let someone work on your home without one either, ESPECIALLY when you didn't make first contact and they're coming around basically begging for business.

  *corrected/updated Experiencing a leak and Noland's has the absolute WORST customer service in regards to communication with the repair only helpful person with communication was Charles (and Robby one the crew came to the house). Office never called me back!!!! This is a leak from an install they did a few months ago. The leak we already reported, before it was this bad, and was supposedly fixed. Now we have a large amount of water coming in through the vent when it rains let alone the damage to the ceiling and attic. ***Thanks to Charles for the calls and responding the leak has hopefully been fixed for a second time.

  THEIR ONLY REAL GOAL IS TO GET THE CUSTOMER TO SIGN THE CONTRACT. ONCE YOU DO GOOD LUCK BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER HAVE ANY CONTROL AND THEY WILL EXPLOIT YOU FROM EVERY ANGLE. One of the worst experiences, if not the worst experience I've ever had with a company. From start to finish, essentially they did everything wrong. Took zero ownership of any mistakes. Starting they couldn't even tarp my roof correctly. Their entire staff is unprofessional and either lack competence or simply do not care about the customer. I work in finance so there were many questions about the figures; none of which could be clarified and I was told, just pay the bill! The customer is not allowed to ask questions and if you do it angers staff. This type of atmosphere stems from management; more specifically Stephanie the manager of the Orange City branch. They're all manipulative from top to bottom. I could write a book on all the problems and or deceit. They had the highest estimate I'd received, communication was horrible as I had to constantly call them to schedule the repair, quality of service was terrible as it rained and they did not tarp the roof getting water everywhere on the interior of the home (this was aside from the fact that they couldn't get the initial tarp laid, so essentially tarp issues two times on one roofing project), I was in the process of selling my property and they took so long repairing the roof that I couldn't confidently accept offers and then once supposedly finished, they immediately put a lien on my house making it impossible to sell because I was not satisfied with the final product! The finished product lacked any attention to detail as they nailed likely 100's possibly a 1,000 or more screws that did not hit any wood since they bought the wrong size plank board, damaged siding that Robbie, the on site rep, said you could get up there and probably fix that, and their contract is very legally detailed so that there is no obligation from Noland's.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Noland’s Roofing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Nathan Mitchell, my contractor, guided me through every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing expert advice that made decision-making so much easier. The crew was professional and efficient making sure the work area was always clean and organized. Nathan kept me informed throughout the project, so I always knew what to expect next. The whole process felt seamless and stress-free, and the end result is a beautiful new roof that I am truly happy with. I highly recommend Noland’s Roofing Company—especially Nathan—for anyone needing a new roof. They made what could have been a complicated project incredibly easy and delivered top-quality results!

  We had Nolands Roofing install our roofs several years ago As we are looking to relocate we have had inspectors come out and within there reports claim that they are issues with the roof We asked Nolands Roofing to come out and look at the roof and report any issues To our satisfaction they were none and we received a report to that effect Thank you Nathan Mitchell

  As a Realtor, I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Nathan Mitchell and the team at Noland's Roofing.   We had our home reroofed last week. The materials were delivered on Tuesday, the roofers stripped the old roof and dried it in on Wednesday, and the new roof was completed by Thursday in spite of the rain. They did a fabulous job. A shout out to Nathan and Raymond. They were awesome from the very beginning. From selecting the shingle and drip edge colors to keeping us updated throughout the entire process. They made themselves available whenever I had questions about the work. Thank you Noland’s. A+

  I called Noland's, in part, because they've been in business for so long. Nathan came out to do an insoection of my roof and said there was a case for my insurance to help with the cost. He took the lead and got an approval from my insurance company. The communication throughout the process was first rate. The coordination of the delivery of the materials and the dumpster couldn't have gone more smoothly. The roofing crew arrived on time, as promised, and pretty much had the job done in one day and took they great pains to leave my home and yard in great shape. I can't recommend Noland's and Nathan and the rest of the staff strongly enough. Thanks
