Mike and his team did a wonderful job for us. Did what they said they would, when they said. Great communication, great product. Inspector said they did a great job too. Update…I would not recommend this company. We were promised in writing with our bid for gutter repair. The repair did not work and 3 text messages later of “yes I’ll be there” and “yes I’ll fix” it haven’t happened. I’ve had to pay someone to fix what this company did. Secondly, we had a flat tire due to the crew not picking up after themselves. Promises of reimbursement have gone nowhere. It’s sad when a veteran owned company cannot take care of a disabled Vietnam veteran.

I can't say enough good things a out this roofing company as the Owner Sabastian was very professional as he and his partner, Joamed Ramos are very honest and communicate with you every step of the way as the project unfolds. His team of workers were just as awesome as they really have a great system getting our roof done in 2 days with demo and prep in one day and shingle and finish work the second day. I considered myself as a team player as their waterborne keeping them hydrated, lol. We had a great experience! They brought to the table with the best warranty that you could ever recieve and its totally transferable if you ever sell your home and more. Thanks K1 for everything you have done for our home.

Sebastian, owner of K1 Roofing, came to our home to evaluate the mold issues we were having with our kitchen skylights. I was expecting news of a leak from our roof but he determined it was an HVAC issue not removing the humidity in the …

K1 did my parents roof. They scheduled all the inspections in a short period of time and managed to reroof their 2k sqft house in a day. Pricing was fair and quality was extremely detailed. They didn’t buckle and dime us like others have. They arrived on time and had everything delivered in a timely manner. And they hauled all the trash and even cleaned up our front lawn some. I was worried I’d have a nail in my tire but they even walked around with a magnet to pick up any nails and screws. I highly recommend them!

I shopped around for a while and got several quotes. They were by far the best in working with you and whatever your needs are. The owner is very good with communicating and has things done when he says it will be done. Happy with their work so far.

K1 Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I expect a high level of workmanship and I received that. I would recommend K1 Roofing to anyone....and their prices are very competitive.

Definitely recommend K1. Communication was great from the start and it was clear that Neil, our sales rep, really knew what he was talking about and loves what he does. They did a great job, kept everything clean and made sure not to damage anything, and worked very quickly.

These guys were great from start to finish. It only took them two days to re-roof my house. They cleaned up so good I can't even tell they were there besides the new roof. I would highly recommend using K1. I think I'm going to get gutters next from them

K1 Roofing LLC has done a great job in putting a new roof for my mom's house. We spoke with Sebastian, who is the representative and he is very professional, and very pleasant to work with. His crew had the new roof done in a day! My mom is very pleased with her new roof. K1 Roofing stand by their reputation and it shows. We're so happy that we went with K1 Roofing.

After getting the run around from a large roof company in central fl I reached out to K1 roofing. Response was fast, quote was reasonable, and work was completed in a timely manner. Thank-you to the K1 team for making this repair less of a hassle.

Was lovely working with Mr. Neil. He sat down with us and explained everything, laid out the timeline and everything that would follow. Him and his team were very professional and stuck to the schedule! The actual replacement of the roof was very well done and quick! My father is a roofer by trade and recommended Mr. Neil and his company, and I see why!
