  Don’t use this company!!!! Cost $3000 for a roof that was not done! And $1000 for a lawyer! He never repaid the money and it was 5 years ago! The most crooked company ever! Do not use them!

  You have the wrong company. We do not require money down and our payment terms are upon completion. So if your job was not complete we would not have been paid We are located in Wisconsin. Not sure what state you are in. Please remove this post from our page.

  I felt the roofing job was competent, however my issue is with the business itself. I do not feel they were respectful of my time or my property.

  Johnathon came out to quote me for a skylight installation (approximately 3-4 hours of labor). I already purchased all of the materials ahead of time (Velux skylight, corresponding flashing kit, etc.), and he mentioned it would probably cost about $600-700 to install. A few days later, I got a quote for > twice that amount (>$1,500)! When I inquired about the huge discrepancy, they reduced the estimate about $200, and mentioned that the estimate was for two roofers. Still, I find it very hard to swallow >$150 per hour!

  I hired Rob's Roofing to replace the roof on a historic building in Oak Creek. A local landmark that I have converted into my home over the past 30 years. It was about a $11,000 job. The entire experience has been a total nightmare. The foreman knew nothing about the job when he arrived and later admitted to me "I'm not very good at caulking". The workers clearly hated their job and were constantly complaining and arguing with each other. It was all about "banging out the job" as quickly as possible. Yikes! Since completing the job I have had to bring them back out numerous times. Debris left in the gutters and in the yard, shingles blowing off the roof, flashing damaged during the job and now leaking (I don't want to think about what is going on inside my walls). Recently they replaced the flashing around the skylight which they had damaged during the job. In the process they replaced a few shingles and didn't even use the same color!!!! Despite all my problems "Rob" has yet to call or stop out here to discuss this matter with me. If you are looking for a company to do the worst possible job (in the quickest amount of time) by all means "Rob's Roofing" is the way to go. However if you are looking for any degree of quality workmanship - RUN AWAY!!!!!

  I should have never work with Rob, very shady business practices. They did not honor the SIGNED contact and they wanted to change the agreement a few day prior to doing the work. Find another roofing contractor and save yourself the time.

  Had them come out to replace our roof, and the crew, besides doing a great job replacing the roof and gutters, left our yard spotless, zero mess. Turnaround from signing the quote and to getting the work done was three weeks. The quote covers everything, no surprise last minute costs or anything. Will recommend to anyone!

  I had several companies give estimates on replacing my roof. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest estimate, But I also didn’t want to overpay. Rob’s roofing came in thousands of dollars less than some of my high estimates. He came out to the house personally. He is a sincere, nice guy, and very honest. I never felt like I was being upsold. The crew was very professional, you could tell that they were roofers. They did a beautiful job. The yard was very clean as tarps were used and a crew came by the next day to make sure the yard was spotless. I definitely feel that I could recommend this company. They did a great job.

  Robs roofing did a nice job on our detached garage roof. They were able to get the project done within 2 weeks of requesting a quote. Quick response and attention to detail cleaning up the yard after the work was finished. Highly recommend.

  I just had my roof done this week by Rob's Roofing . I originally got 3 estimates , and they were all roughly the same . I went with them for a few reasons . First reason being , Danielle , who works in the office . She has seriously got to be one of the NICEST people I ever had to deal with . Answered all questions , kept me updated during the process , and was very helpful . I appreciated that no one tried to upsell anything , and that they came out quick for an estimate . It was all written out with no hidden fees / charges . The workers were professional , prompt , and did an amazing job . Clean up crew was just as good ! They left my yard how they found it . Roof looks great , and I could not be happier ! Also always love to support a local small business !

  I had my roof and gutters replaced by Rob's Roofing. They did a great job at a fair price. Also, the customer service is exceptional, when you call someone actually answers the phone and provides you with an answer immediately!!!! Highly recommend this company.

  My grandparent's roof was in a desperate need of getting replaced. It was currently leaking in their kitchen. Rob's Roofing was able to squeeze the roof replacement on the house and the garage in by the end of the season. The crew was friendly and professional; and completed the job in a timely manner. The pricing was reasonable for the job. We are very happy with new roof on the house and the garage for my grandparents. Thank you to Rob's Roofing!!! I would recommend them if you are in need of a new roof!
