  We have a sign clearly posted next to our front door and Ring doorbell reading "Private Property – No Trespassing – No Soliciting – No Sales." Most door-to-door canvassers read it and move on. A Blue Angel Roofing representative did not — he ignored the sign, and when my wife answered, opened with "I'm not here to sell anything, I just want to introduce myself." In my opinion, that's a distinction without a difference. He left a business card for Chase Williams, listed as a Blue Angel Roofing project manager. In my opinion, a company whose reps disregard a clearly posted no-soliciting sign has a problem respecting basic property boundaries — a mailed note to our street address would have been a reasonable alternative. I've also noticed Blue Angel Roofing tends to respond to unhappy customers with defensive, dismissive replies rather than owning the issue. We have this entire visit on Ring video, including both reps in company polos. If the response to this review isn't a straightforward acknowledgment that a representative ignored our posted sign, we're prepared to share the video publicly.

  UPDATE ‼️‼️ I had my gutters replaced by this company, and while the installation itself may have been completed, the overall experience was disappointing. After the work was done, I noticed significant erosion forming where the downspouts discharge water. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was told that it was not related to their work and that they simply replaced the gutters as they previously existed. However, a professional installation should include identifying and addressing drainage concerns, especially when the result is immediate damage to the property. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was quoted $750 to correct the issue. This was excessive for what appears to be a basic drainage adjustment. Be aware!!!! If there are issues with their work, they may avoid taking accountability or try to charge you an excessive amount to fix a problem they caused.

  Annette, We are very sorry you feel this way. As we stand behind our warranties. This is not a labor installation issue. This is simply from the ground where the water discharges. We offered a solution to fix as we were instructed initially to install gutters as they were. I am sorry you did not like our price for resolution.

  TLDR: maybe this company is for you, probably not. They are most likely good with insurance claims and basic roof repairs/installs but in my situation they were dishonest, lied in documentation, misleading and deceptive. I would like to preface this by saying I don’t believe my experience is an accurate representation of this company but maybe this can help someone make a decision. I hired Blue Angel to fix a small roof leak, and it turned into months issues from May-November. After their first repair, we developed major leaks that had never happened before. Instead of fixing their mistake, they pushed a partial roof replacement/repair. During installation, I pointed out active leaking, but was told it would “fix itself.” Through heat cycling, It didn’t. We had repeated water intrusion for months. They damaged our skylights, installed the roof incorrectly (confirmed by their own subcontractor), and constantly dismissed obvious issues—even suggesting water dripping on the floor might be from our dogs drooling. Their documentation was incomplete and misleading, and they often contradicted themselves. When our original contact disappeared, the new rep, had no idea what was going on. Despite promising multiple times to come out during rain to see the leaks firsthand, he never did. They kept insisting their hose tests proved the roof was fine, even though every actual rainstorm proved otherwise. We were treated like a science experiment instead of customers dealing with a real problem. In the end, only after involving the owner did they finally agree to fully redo the work—and now it’s fine. But it took months of stress, water damage, repeated failures, broken promises, and misleading statements to get there. If you want honesty, logic, accountability, or customer service—look elsewhere. This company refused to acknowledge clear evidence and put us through an ordeal no homeowner should deal with.

When the situation persisted, ownership became directly involved, and a full replacement of the affected area was approved and completed in good faith, despite this exceeding the original scope—specifically to ensure a proper and lasting resolution. While no company welcomes extended or complex service issues, we do stand firmly behind our work and our warranties, which is ultimately reflected in the fact that the issue was resolved and the roof is now performing as intended. We regret the frustration this process caused and appreciate the opportunity we were given to make it right. Our goal is always accountability, quality workmanship, and long-term customer satisfaction, and we remain confident in the standards we hold ourselves to. We wish you the best moving forward.

  Worst roofing experience ever! Almost immediately we had problems with leaks. We found out our roof was installed incorrectly. They came out to try and fix it once, but almost everytime it has rained since then we discover new leaks. They have since stopped responding to our calls. Now, almost two years later we are still experiencing leaks! Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your roofing needs.

It is a shame that some must make lies about install dates changing without notice and scammers when the installation date never changed at all and the comments come from not wanting to pay the final amount owed. We feel very confident in the amount of communication given throughout this project and the quality of work performed on your home. That homeowner is very pleased. We did get you the corrected form within a day of your request and we feel that is a very sufficient time.   We had an outstanding experience from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way and were even willing to communicate outside normal business hours to make sure we always knew what was going on. They were also extremely reliable and punctual—showing up on the days they said they would and completing the roof within the time frame they originally gave us. Most importantly, we are very satisfied with the quality of the work performed on our roof. Everything was handled professionally, and they also helped us work through the insurance process to make sure all of the numbers and details were correct, which made the entire experience much less stressful. A special shoutout to the owner, Christian Mendez. Christian is an amazing person who genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find. We would absolutely recommend Christian and his team to anyone looking for a roofing company that is dependable, communicative, professional, and committed to doing quality work. Five stars all around!

  Blue Angel Roofing was recommended to me, and now I'm recommending them to everyone. Anna was hit hard with hail, and we had lots of damage. Philip and his team were thorough, made sure my wife and I understood the claims process, and proactively communicated every step of the way. It was quality work, completed on time, with no surprises. The attention and concern for post project clean-up really surprised us. Not many contractors close out a job that way. Highly recommend!
