  Terrible customer service. Totally unprofessional.

Horrible service. Whomever picked up the phone was trying to rush and charge 600 just to come out and look at the roof.

Unfortunately Ms. Sweeney must have misunderstood our conversation. We NEVER do estimates over the phone on any repairs. Roberts Roofing's policy is to charge an hourly fee to come to the customer's home or business and repair the leak issue. Roberts roofing's hourly rate for repairs is 250.00 for the first hour and 65.00 per man per hour thereafter. So to summarize, If it takes an hour to fix the leak it's 250.00, 2 hours is 380.00 (2 men) 3 hours is 510.00. It is our belief that since there is work involved in discovering the leak, that it best for the customer to only be charged for work that is actually needed to resolve the issue. We speak with potential clients every day, as we have been doing for 26 years, and everyone is told the same thing during the phone call. Just read the reviews from our actual customers and you will have a better idea of how Roberts Roofing treats our clients. Kind regards, Dean Roberts President - Roberts Roofing

Honest, prompt and good craftsmanship. They have re-roofed 2 homes for me, as well a very complicated project for my neighbors. Had an incident of freak wind damage (flying patio umbrella), where small repairs were needed quickly. They got right on it and did what was needed.
