  J, we are so sorry to hear about this issue. We did however get the issue with our fax machine line sorted so the call should go directly to our message box if we are not in the office.

  I would not recommend this company. When arranging to get the roof put on, the company kept pushing the date back, but never called to let me know. I had to call and email them several times to figure out when the roof was going to be installed. Once done, i noticed the shingles did not lay flat against the house and the crew left a mess of debris an nails on my deck. I contacted the company about this and no one ever responded. On November 23rd, i contacted the company by phone and email to inform them that my roof was now leaking. Tina said "oh my, I will have Sal call you." This is what she usually says when there is any communication. But Sal never calls. it is December 5 and the company has still never responded about the leak in my roof, despite my email, phone call, and picture of the leak. This company has the worst customer service of anyone I have ever worked with. Save yourself a headache and leaky roof and find a company who can do the work correctly and will follow up timely.

  We had hail damage to our roof. We called Robert’s roofing to give us an estimate. They were friendly and informative. It looks great. We would recommend them.

  Roberts Roofing came out after the last storm and assessed our roof, gave us a fair quote, and fixed it before the next storm came and also did our gutters and gutter guards in the process

  I hired this company after I had storm damage to my roof and gutters and WOW, they where exceptional! Everything looks wonderful, they where all so kind, professional and courteous and they cleaned everything up as if they had never been …

  I contacted Roberts Roofing to come out an provide a bid for a new roof and guttering. Bryston came out shortly after I made connections with Roberts Roofing. Bryston was very kind and knowledgeable. He provide a competitive quote. Based on the reputations of Roberts Roofing and the professionalism Bryston showed we decided to hire Bryston and his team to perform the work. We were NOT disappointed. Work was completed as promised. Very happy from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  We would recommend Roberts Roofing. We found Roberts Roofing to be prompt in checking out our home after a storm. When any shingles were needing to be replaced, the job was completed in a few days. Their prices were fair.

  Sal and Rome were both very professional and helpful. After going through two other roofing companies we were very anxious but Sal and Rome put our mind at ease . We have cement roof tiles and very high ceilings so we needed someone really experienced. Their estimate was reasonable and all repairs were done within budget. Highly recommend this company.

  I contacted Roberts about a leaking gutter and the need for a gutter cleanout. My upper roof is 2-1/2 stories up. The came, cleaned out all the gutters, made the repairs, and did an excellent job with cleanup. Very professional!
