Their contractors are the worst when it comes to disrespecting neighbors' property rights. They have been nothing but trouble to me. I own a house next to a house they have put a new roof on and are now putting new guttering on. The contractors are very rude, working in my yard, the roofers throwing trash and old shingles in my yard, blocking street parking in front of my house in order to set up their guttering equipment. They have all been rude and insulting. The Hispanic roofing crew pretended to not speak any English, laughing and mimicking m and throwing trash in my yard until I called the police. The guttering crew today were young American men but with that same entitled attitude, insulting me and my car, etc. Terrible. Of course, I would never hire them.

Susan, we are deeply sorry our presence was so troubling. However, as soon as we were aware of the issue with trash it was taken care of immediately and, as law enforcement confirmed, we were within the rule of law in regards to parking and within the confines of the property we were contracted for. If you have any other concerns or grievances, you are welcome to give us a call at 816-269-7874. Best wishes!

Peak 2 Peak Roofing & Construction gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I had a small job (10’x12’ reroof using bitumen on a 1/12 slope) that other roofing companies said was too small of a job for them to do. Then I saw Peak 2 Peak’s facebook page and called them. It was at least worth a try. Riley came out and gave me a bid and I am so glad I had them do the reroof job. I didn’t have to sell a kidney to afford the work. The workmanship is great and according to chatGPT it was a very professional job done and it also rated the reroof job a 10. AI is a scary thing but good for some things. Unfortunately AI also cost me my job. If you need any roofing repairs or a full replacement done, I ONLY recommend Peak 2 Peak Roofing & Construction. We have finally found “our roofing guy”. Thank you Riley and Peak 2 Peak!!!

I had some extensive roofing issues along with needing some venting repair, Shanin and his crew did a phenomenal job. Shanin patiently explained the situation and the repairs step-by-step and answered all my questions, even the ones peripheral to the roof and attic issue.

Shanin was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was happy with the finished product. The job was completed quickly, and an added benefit is that my insurance premium decreased by having an impact resistant roof installed.
