Their crew came to replace the roof a day after we had a heavy rain. I asked them kindly to move their vehicles out of yard and to park in the street and was laughed at by the big older white gentleman on the crew. They were breaking city …

To start you are a tenant in a building we were hired to replace the roof on. We will respond to each item with a short but truthful response.....did we park in the yard, yes after receiving permission from the building owner as well as the property manager. Were the police called, yes by you and what was their response.....they told you that we had every right to park there, that there were no ordinances being violated and that we had filed all proper permits to be where we were, and they warned you that you were being irrational and told you if they were called back it would be a problem for you. Our customer service is top notch as you can see in all of our wonderful reviews, unfortunately our workers are approached by an irrational bystander who is yelling and screaming at them when they were doing absolutely nothing wrong, I'm certain they handled themselves professionally.

Epic did an incredible job building and designing our new deck. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with how the Skylift roof turned out. I highly recommend Epic Construction for the best design concepts, consistent communication, and fair pricing.

I had an excellent experience with Epic Roofing I called for an estimate and the next day they showed up. I had no idea what was causing my roofing issues, they could have told me anything but they were honest and told me of a minor problem, the next day my roof was fixed. I will definitely contact them when I need my roof replaced. Call them you won’t regret it.

Working with you was an absolute pleasure, we know how tedious working with insurance companies can be and we were more than happy to help navigate that process with you. We truly appreciate your business as well as the positive review :)

Very great job! Done at my friend's house!

The siding on a home does two jobs simultaneously: it protects the structure from the elements and it defines the home's visual character from the street. When siding is failing — cracked, warped, faded, or allowing moisture intrusion — both of those functions are compromised. Epic Construction in St. Joseph, MO installs vinyl, fiber cement, and wood siding for residential properties throughout the area. Each material has distinct advantages depending on the home's architectural style, the homeowner's priorities, and the conditions the siding will need to perform in. Vinyl siding is low-maintenance and cost-effective with a wide range of color options. Fiber cement siding offers exceptional durability, fire resistance, and weather performance. Wood siding provides a classic aesthetic with natural insulation properties and, with proper maintenance, a long service life. One St. Joseph homeowner described the Epic Construction siding experience this way: 'They re-sided my house, guttering, the soffits, everything. His crew that showed up was professional. Tear-down and cleanup was amazing. We were just pleased with the whole project all the way around.' For a free siding estimate, visit trustecc.com.2 days ago
