Edit: naturally after a few months you start to notice things that aren't right, or were missed. Shingles that i was told would lay down "eventually" that never did. Still finding screws, old roof tiling, trash, and nails around my property. The crew damaged a downspout and didnt properly reconnect it, which now causes flooding when it rains hard, which is creatiing foundation issues in my home. They have my money, so of course the owner wont respond to me. -------------- Incredibly pleased! The crew finished the work in 1 day, and cleaned up as if they were never here. Travis, the owner, is a straight stooter and was totally open and honest about everything. The roof looks fantastic!

We originally called on August 11th trying to get an estimate for a new roof. We live in Amity, not far from St Joseph, right? We were told we’d receive a callback in order to set it up. Never received a callback. Figured it was a mistake, …

Absolutely horrible customer service. Initially we were told 1 1/2 weeks out for our gutter work to be completed. I realize things happen, things get pushed back. 6 weeks later and we are still waiting. Workers showed up this morning, no phone call, no heads up, nothing. We are out of town today. It certainly would have been appropriate and appreciated if someone had reached out before just showing up. We prefer to not have someone working on our house while we’re aren’t there. Every step of the way, we had to call to find out the status on when our job might completed. Zero contact from the company!

Before getting a bid from A-1, but after contacting them for a bid, a guy from work told me to stay away from them, because he said they did a really bad job on his roof. I waited for their bid to come back, and when it came in, it was the …

My mom used these people about a year ago with issues of water leaking through her deck. The guy that came out was nice and said he fixed the problem. Next rainstorm, the issue was not fixed. When she called the guy, he never picked up, left messages and my mom was out a couple thousand dollars with the issue not fixed. Shame on these people for taking advantage of my mother.

They replaced roof. That went great. But will not follow through on 2nd bid for additional work that we had discussed. I no longer recommend this company.

I had Travis from A-1 take care of my new roof for me. They are the best Ive seen, Tear off and put back in the same day. Looks amazing, and i didn't have and ounce of clean up. Perfect Job Highly Recommend.

We had a gutter issue after building a porch on to our house. Even though it was a very small job, A-1 came and did the job in a matter of days from when my husband called. We are so pleased with their work and their integrity! If they promise they will be there, they show up!

From the very beginning, A1 did the most amazing job. From the hands on inspection to the clean up, it was with high quality professionalism. Could not have made a better choice choosing A1 and do not regret anything.

I was not sure who to call when I found out I had roof damage so I asked around and every person I asked said A1. I contacted Travis and he was there that day to take a look. We signed a contract and he got the materials and his crew together and we had a brand new roof in no time. It only took 1 day for the roof to be done. We couldn't be happier. Travis is also very active in our community which is another reason I'm glad I chose him. He is very professional and easy to work with.
