  This is the second time we have hired Robert & Sons Kissimmee Roofing, and being a repeat customer says a lot about how happy we are. The first job was for our rental townhouse and garage, where they installed a new roof that really helped the property stand out when it sold. This time they replaced the roof on our home, and we are even more pleased with the outcome. We chose the engineered shingle upgrade, and it was absolutely worth it. The new shingles look great, add strong curb appeal, and seem like a solid choice for long-term protection in the florida heat, rain, and storms. The crew did very professional roofing work, stayed on schedule, and made sure every part of the installation was handled with care. eli and the office team were courteous, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Another thing we appreciated was how carefully they cleaned up after the project. The yard, driveway, and surrounding areas were left neat, which made the whole roof replacement process much less stressful. we highly recommend them for any roofing project, whether you need a full roof replacement, shingle upgrade, or work on a rental property.

  Updating to add that i have now had the new roof installed, and i love it. Robert & Sons Kissimmee Roofing was great to work with, and eli was wonderful throughout the whole roofing process. After the install, there was one tiny nail that led to a small leak, and caden and ralph came out quickly and fixed it right away. They stand behind their roofing work and make sure everything is done the right way. Of course, no leak is ideal, but these things can happen with any roof job, and they handled it well and made it right. The previous roof they installed held up very well over time, even through severe florida storms and strong wind damage. When i needed help with an insurance claim and had to send in a shingle sample, the crew came out to carefully remove one for me. They were very kind, professional, and made sure the area was protected after the shingle was taken off. That extra care gave me confidence in their workmanship and customer service. Once everything is settled with insurance, i fully plan to have them handle the roof repair or replacement because they have been dependable, responsive, and easy to work with.

  I’m a repeat customer and have always been happy with the roofing services here. My elderly parents’ house had a roof leak during a heavy rain, and Eli came out the very next day to check things out. His crew replaced the roof that same week. Not long after, a big storm knocked down their chimney, and Eli’s team showed up quickly again to fix it. Eli’s professionalism, quick response, and honest advice made it easy for us to trust this company when it came time for my husband and me to get our own roof replaced. During our roof replacement, we found out that some of the old plywood underneath was too thin and damaged. Eli recommended replacing those sections as a safety measure, but he wasn’t pushy about it. The roofing crew showed up early, worked hard all day in the Florida heat, and made sure to clean up the yard and driveway every evening. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to having them help with more home improvement projects in the future.
