They did a great job! The setup was super easy and descriptive. Communication for when projects were going to start could have been much better. Meaning when workers came to your home was at times little unexpected. But other than that they did a great job on all fixes. Helped you through all issues no matter how big or small.

Westby, Wisconsin was hit by a major hail storm on April 14, 2026. Baseball size hail throughout the city. Anything with western exposure was pounded. Roofs, siding, windows and automobiles. This is stuff you see on TV. It will never happen to me. Well it did. You quickly find out that you need someone with experience with damage like this and someone that knows how to deal with insurance companies, especially, when you are dealing with a three story, historic tobacco warehouse, built in 1895. A couple of days after the storm, I met Thomas from Riverview Builders. We hit it off right away. I could tell in speaking with him face to face, he was an honest "straight shooter" and we shared the same values. I had a 40' x 100' warehouse that had been through a 10+ year restoration that had just been pelted by Mother Nature and Thomas had promised me he could make it look as good or better than it did on April 13. He immediately went to work on it. Lucky for us the siding and windows were readily available. They were ordered and arrived within two weeks. A week later, the siding and the seven broken windows were replaced. It looked like nothing had ever happened. A week later, the hail beaten standing seam roof was removed and new roof sheathing and a new standing seam roof was installed. The best roof the building has ever had in 130+ years of existence. During this construction time we were also dealing with the insurance company. This is when I truly found out what little I knew about insurance and I knew I had the right contractor and person for the job. Thomas handled everything with the insurance company very professionally and I was very impressed with the communications between him and I. Never once did I feel like I didn't know what was going on with both the construction and the insurance company. To have a project of this magnitude substantially completed in this timeframe and with the best in craftsmanship, is a miracle. While I never ca

I needed some repair work done on my ceiling in one of my rooms last week and Thomas made my project a priority, even with their already busy schedules, so we could keep our business running smoothly. The whole crew was great to work with. They did an excellent job and the room looks amazing!

We got hit with a major hail storm and my insurance agent referred me to Riverview Builders to have our repairs done, and I'm glad they did. The work was completed quickly and professionally and Thomas was great about keeping us informed every step of the way and helping us work with insurance and understand our coverage. We had a new roof about a week after our estimator came out. I would recommend them without hesitation!

We had hail damage our roof and they showed up the next day. Usually that’s super skeptical but Riverview builders did an awesome job. Everyone in our area was booked for the next year so we took the risk with them. We did have a small leak but that was due to our dormers in the house having veneered rock. Over the year it had peeled off due to wind and weather. I called up David and they came out by the end of the week and fixed the flashing where the rock meets the roof on the dormer and had it fixed within a couple of hours. I loved that they backed their word and came back and fixed it! Highly recommend!

Riverview Builders did an exceptional job from bidding, demolition, siding, soffit, etc. They are professional, timely, work cleanly and are exceptional in their workmanship. I love my new siding, soffit and gutters! I even got these sweet recessed lights that I love so much! I will definitely work with them on any future projects!

We recently had roof and gutter replacement done after a hail storm. They were/are great about working with our insurance company to get payment for damage that was overlooked by the insurance adjuster. They work quickly and professionally to get things done and leave our property clean and tidy when done with the work. We highly recommend their services.

Got our house fix after a hailstorm or they knocked it out of the park and fix everything! Very professional and check everywhere to make sure there wasn’t any nails in the yard and driveway to avoid flats!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Riverview Builders, for a new roof, facia, and soffit and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality. Most importantly, their crews worked hard working from sunrise to sunset on multiple days. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean throughout the project. Thomas took the time to explain the process, answer all our questions, and ensured we were comfortable with every decision. The final result exceeded our expectations—our roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident in the durability of their work. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled contractor in the La Crosse area, we highly recommend Riverview Builders. Their dedication to integrity and customer satisfaction is unmatched. Thank you for a job well done!
