Came out to do an inspection for us and despite many attempts to contact them for a follow up, they totally dropped us. Would not recommend for that reason.

Highly unprofessional, would not recommend. First, they did not cover up the unfinished roof when there was a storm coming, even when we asked them. The roof ended up leaking. They left exposed wood and decided their job was done and demanded full payment. They also left trash all over the property. Don was unprofessional and aggressive in emails and conversations.

Very bad experience. Heard about them on radio. Made appointment. They didn't show. No call to postpone. I called Don a couple days later. He came out next day. He seemed knowledgeable. Don Was going to get back with costs. 3 weeks, have not heard back. Strange.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Work from Riverside Roofing Riverside Roofing delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. They handled our roof repair, gutter repair, interior wall repair, and painting with a level of care and craftsmanship that’s hard to find these days. Every part of the project was completed with precision, and the results genuinely exceeded expectations. The team was professional, communicative, and respectful of our home. They explained what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was cleaned up beautifully when the work was finished. The interior repairs and painting look seamless—like the damage never happened—and the roof and gutters are now in excellent shape. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and integrity so well. Riverside Roofing earned every one of these five stars, and I’d confidently recommend them to anyone needing quality work done on their home.

Very knowledgeable and caring people; our roof was replaced by another company initially, but independent inspector discovered a multiple issues, which original contractor refused to acknowledge. Riverside roofing were appointed by a shingles manufacturer to implement the reinspection and repair, which they did, promptly and meticulously fixing the issues, created by an original installer. Thank you, Riverside Roofing, Fox family.

We appreciated how easy the process was to get our new roof. Our last roof as installed in 2002, so we knew it was time for a replacement. I had heard Riverside Roofing ads on the radio so I called. Brandon came out the next day to look at our house and garage. We scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and finished in two days! We are very happy with our new roof. We would definitely recommend them.

Over the winter we had a leak coming from somewhere in our attic. We called Riverside Roofing and the owner came out and looked around and gave us some advice. It was not our roof but he was super friendly and did this free of charge. If we ever have a roof issue I will definitely be calling them. Friendly, fast service and local!

I recently had my roof replaced by Riverside Roofing LLC and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They clearly explained the process, helped me choose the right materials, and completed the job on time—even a little ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I can already tell the new roof is better insulated and more durable than the old one. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward—no stray nails or debris left behind. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and respect for my property. I highly recommend Riverside Roofing LLC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing services. They made what could have been a stressful process smooth and hassle-free.

A repair that lasts one rainstorm isn’t much of a repair. We always look beyond the obvious damaged spot and pay attention to nearby materials that may have been affected by the same wear or weather. Call Riverside Roofing now for a roof repair that addresses more than the visible symptoms.1 day agoLearn more
