I recently hired Rivera Roof Repair to handle a minor roof repair and install gutters. Jesse was wonderful to work with and I am incredibly impressed with their work. Our roof needed a small quick fix and gutters were added to a small shed. Jesse responded quickly and provided a timely estimate. What stood out the most was their pricing and customer service. They offered a very competitive and fair price compared to several other companies I called for quotes. The repair crew arrived on time, completed the roof fix efficiently, and did a fantastic job installing the new gutters. If you want high-quality work that won't break the bank, I highly recommend them!

We reached out to Jesse after purchasing a home that had a few minor roof defects. The previous owners had a warranty with Rivera, but even though the issues weren’t caused by his company and weren’t covered under the warranty, Jesse was incredibly responsive and quick to help us get the repairs taken care of and make sure everything else looked good at no charge. I was genuinely surprised by how helpful and responsive he was, especially since this wasn’t something his company was responsible for. It would have been easy to ignore our request, but instead, Jesse went out of his way to help us. That kind of integrity, generosity and customer service is hard to find. We couldn’t recommend Jesse and his company more highly!

Jesse and his team were courteous, professional, and exceptional from start to finish. Every step of the roof replacement process, from the initial inspection and material delivery to the installation itself and the final completed roof, was clearly communicated and executed with great attention to detail. They arrived on time the day the work began, and the crew was always friendly and respectful whenever I interacted with them. Their work ethic was impressive; they worked diligently throughout the day until sunset to ensure the job was completed properly. The quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Rivera Roof Repair. I am a repeat customer with Jesse, who has helped me on a number of occasions with roof repairs on rental property. I recently hired him to install a new roof on a detached garage. He provided a detailed estimate with reasonable pricing, completed the job quickly, and left a clean work site. He's prompt to reply when you contact him, and provides honest analysis of roof conditions. I highly recommend him.
