  Not how many of these reviews are false but here’s my experience. I received a flyer for a roof and gutter cleaning for $299. I called told them I had a coupon and would like to schedule them to come out. I was told I would have the proposal by the end of the day. Next day still no response so I called again, oh ya, we will get that right to you. Next day it finally showed up but was for $100 more than the coupon. I asked why and was told well for steep roofs it’s more and we included the garage. Ok, my roof is not steep at all and the garage is within the footprint so there is no extra space. I told here that the footprint is only about 1200 square feet and the coupon says up to 1800. I was told a manager would look at it and get back to me later in the day A couple days and 2 phone calls later they are still not honering their advertised price. Called some else, they honored their special, came out the same day and did a great job!!!

We were short-staffed in the office that week due to illness, and we fell behind on quote follow-ups. That’s on us, and I apologize. Our standard quoting window is 24–48 business hours, and it sounds like we created the impression you would have a same-day proposal. I’ll be reviewing this with my team to ensure we communicate that timing clearly going forward. Regarding pricing — I did review your estimate personally. Your roof measures approximately 19–20 squares and has a 6/12 pitch. Our $299 coupon applies to roofs up to 18 squares at a 5/12 pitch. That said, because the difference was very small, I approved matching the coupon pricing for you. Before we were able to send that revised proposal, we received notice that you had already scheduled with another company, which we completely understand. I also want to clarify that none of our reviews are fabricated — every review is written by real customers. We take pride in that honesty and in the work we do. Even though we weren’t able to work together this time, I truly appreciate the feedback. It helps me improve our communication and follow-up processes.   Called to get an estimate just to clean gutters because they had a special, tried explaining to the girl that answered that I don’t need the roof done it’s being treated. All she wanted to do was argue and say the roofers should clean the gutters then. Welllll….. no because they don’t do that and if she would of stopped running her mouth for five seconds and acting like she knows it all, I would of told her again it’s being treated for miss , I want the gutters cleaned out NOT MY ROOF at this time. Since the roof will get treated after the gutters are cleaned anyway!!!! SMH Majority of what will be killed off after the roof is treated will be brushed off over the side where there’s no gutter. Regardless I still wanted just the gutters cleaned. Clearly they don’t need the business. So, unless you want to argue with the receptionist, or whoever she is that answered I suggest you go elsewhere for service’s because clearly they are not customer oriented and honest she was really rude!!! For me to say someone is rude & kinda snappy that’s saying a lot .

  Hi Stephanie, I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. We were just trying to explain that if you are getting your roof cleaned that a lot of the debris from the roof cleaning land in the gutters and generally the company cleaning the roof would need to clean the gutters at the same time, because of the weight from the debris coming off the roof would land into the gutter and could cause issues with the gutters if not cleaned at the same time. We did not want you to pay for a job twice. Again I am sorry about the miscommunication. Thanks Crystal

  Stay away from these guys unless you wish to be frustrated beyond belief... We had an appointment start time set between 12 and 3pm. I called in on appointment day to see what time the roofer would be in, and was told he was on his way and should be there around 1:10pm. Left work and arrived at the property at 1:00, and waited till 1:50p and called back to see where the roofer was... Was then told that the assistant miss understood the roof and that he wouldn't be here till at least another hour, or possibly later. I told the assistant no thanks and to cancel the appointment. The manager called to apologize, and said "mistakes happen." Well this mistake will cost me about 2+ hours of work by the time I get back to the office. If scheduling is an issue, imagine what else may be deficient with. Find a company that is customer centered and gets things done right from start to finish. Good Luck!

  HI Hung, I am very sorry that this happened, as I explained to you on the phone when I called you back to try and resolve the issue, one of my office assistants is newer and got the two jobs mixed up and thought the service tech was on his way out to your house. Once I figure out what happened I called you immediately back to explain to you that it was our mistake and I am very sorry. I did try to make an appointment with you, if today did not work due to our mistake, Alpine would have done what we needed to do to get someone out there when it was convenient for you. I do promise Alpine Roof Care does care about customer service and we do try very hard to make sure our customers feel that and try to make all of our appointment times. I did see that you have used us in the past 2017 and where happy with the services and we did make all appointments. Again I am very sorry about what happened today and will try our best to make sure this does not happen again.

  I've used Alpine to clean my roof for several years and was always very happy with the job. This year, however, Jesus did a terrible job. As I pulled up to the house, a heavy coating of pine needles was still visible, requiring a return visit by another cleaner. (Side note: this returning worker came upon Alderwood Water replacing pipes in the street and claimed the street was closed and the water was shut off, so did not visit that day. I was able to confirm with the workers when I arrived home that neither of these things were true. Did he just not want to complete the visit that day? More waiting...) Jesus clearly did not clean out the gutters prior to starting the wash, so they overflowed on both sides, with pine needles splashed all over the fascia and the fascia behind the gutters wet, setting up the potential for mold and mildew. My deck was left a mess. It appears Jesus used extremely high water pressure during the cleaning, removing a lot of the grit on my new roof shingles. The office staff, including Crystal, has always been superior, but Crystal was unable to see that a quality problem has developed, claiming Jesus has been with them for years. Perhaps, but the quality of Jesus' work has fallen into the toilet. That's a quality problem. (Longevity ≠ good performance/quality) If not acknowledged, it will never get better. I am sorry that I will now have to find another roofing company to clean my roof. If you don't want to wonder about the quality of your roof-cleaning job and potential corresponding damage, this is not the company for you.

  Hi Lori. I am very sorry you feel this way. I really thought we had resolved the issue and you were happy with the end result. We did not charge you for any of the work that was done because we do care about our customer service and want to make sure every customer we work with is happy and receives quality work. But from the review, it sounds like you are still dissatisfied. Jesus did come out there on 5/7/2018 to clean the roof. After the job was completed, I had called you to see if you were happy with Jesus’s work. At that time you informed me that there were still pine needles on the roof. I explained to you that I was very sorry and Jesus was the same cleaner you had in the past and generally he does a great job and you agree with me. But per our phone conversation, I said no problem I will send someone else out to take a look at the job and make sure it gets done correctly. I scheduled an appointment on 5/14 for Martin to come out and do the job. When Martin showed up, he pulled out all of his equipment to get started. Someone came up to Martin from the water district and said that they had to shut off the water and it would be off for several hours. I called you right away and explained this to you and to reschedule your appointment for the following day 5/15 to finish. You called me back shortly after and said the water was not shut off. I explained to you that it was. When you got home later that day and talked to your neighbor you found out that one of your neighbors was doing some work on their house and they had cut the main water line, and in fact the water was shut off. You called us and apologized for saying that Martin was not being honest when he was. (I do not understand why in the review you put that the water was not shut off when you called me and told me it was shut off that day.) We talk and I explained Paul was going to be out the very next day to finish is up. Paul came out and finish. Then I sent Luc out on 5/25 to inspect the roof.

  I live in a townhouse. Our complex has used Alpine Roof Care in the past. Recently there was a misunderstanding. I was surprised from the great communication as well as customer service much beyond my expectation. Finding ethical businesses is rare these days but Alpine Roof Care is certainly a trustworthy business.

  We had our roof cleaned "gentle process" the care he took with the cleaning and cleaning up all the debris we are so amazed how great it turned out even better than we expected honestly looks like a new roof they did a fantastic job! We are always skeptical when we hire new company but we read the reviews took a chance and very happy we did! Also the price is very reasonable We will definitely use them in the future.

  GREAT EXPERIENCE. Purchasing a roof is a huge investment and it can be overwhelming. I got 5 bids before deciding to select Alpine. They were low pressure, they presented options without overselling and they took the time to educate me on roofing materials and the process itself. They were very thorough and I felt confident in my decisions along the way. They were also super responsive. The install went as planned without any delays. Site left clean every day. They even connected some duct work in my attic that was not done correctly initially. And they include 3 free cleanings of your roof. Fair price, great company, and experience! Highly recommend!

  Greg did an amazing job cleaning our roof and took the time to do a thorough job cleaning up around our home! We have used Alpine for over 10 years, which included a roof replacement and yearly maintenance. They provide great service at a great price!
