  Four Seasons did a great job with the new roof, gutters and cleaning up after they finished. However, two stars since we have been waiting for 'their' painter to come and paint the new paneling on the underside called the soffits. We've been waiting since April. Grant/Melinda

  Four Seasons Roofing has good customer service but they never fix the leaking from the roof. I have called them multiple times but their staff - Tiana never put my work on their schedule and their people never came. They kept promises to come to fix the leak, but they never did. Not a reliable roofing company.

  I've been waiting for an estimate since April! They just kept responding to me please be patient. Summer's almost over so I've given up on them ever actually coming to review my roof!

  The actual work was satisfactory but, if you hire them to do any work pay in cash. Without informing us they stored our credit card info (from an initial inspection) and charged payment of the entire job without authorization. The business practices of Travis the owner are unethical and likely violate Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) standards. If you want a customer friendly experience look elsewhere.

  I have a steep, challenging roof upon which Four Seasons has done repairs twice. Both times the repair was performed well. Unfortunately, the customer service has not matched the quality of the repair. With both encounters every communication required a second prompt from me to get a response. I now have further work pending. My last communication with Four Seasons was "I will research this and get right back to you." That was six months ago. I have no time for a company that has no time for me.

  We received a very detailed and understandable quote for the roof repairs and chimney repairs and the cleaning and treatment of our roof. The workers were excellent and did a phenomenal job of replacing our skylights, our vent pipe and repairing our chimney, they all look wonderful. The roof is now cleaned of all moss and looks back to brand new! Thank you to Marc, Travis and all the capable workers that took care of our roof and were careful of our flowers and landscape.

  As Four Seasons Roofing was our roof installer 15 years ago, I felt comfortable having them back for an inspection and subsequent needed repairs. Lugo was our tech and did a great job, going above and beyond to do the work, clean up the area and then check in with me before leaving. As a bonus, I learned Lugo was on the team that installed our roof years ago.

  We used Four Seasons Roofing last year for a roof repair, and again recently for a full roof, gutter replacement. Great communication, great product choices. I would recommend this company.

  We have used Four Seasons Roofing twice for roofing repairs and both times have been great. Antonio worked on our most recent project and he did a great job matching everything with our existing roof. You can tell this company takes a lot of pride in their work. They are very professional but also very down to earth and easy to communicate with. They are very reasonably priced. I feel comfortable knowing if and when we need future roofing repairs or replacement that we have found a reliable roofing company.

  I had a great experience working with Travis, Maximus, and the team at Four Seasons Roofing on a GAF warranty repair. When unexpected issues were uncovered mid-repair, they helped communicate back with GAF and took the time to re-engineer a better ventilation solution suited for our Pacific Northwest climate, working creatively within the GAF budget with a revised plan to ensure things were fixed correctly. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gregorio and team, who did the actual work on the roof. His attention to detail was top-notch; he didn't just fix the main issue but took the extra care to spot and replace surrounding bad shingles to ensure the repair was perfect. Highly recommend!
