  Our neighbor used this company to clean their roof. The man who was cleaning the roof went out to rinse off the cars after getting them dirty. In theory, this is a great practice. However, he accidently hit the corner of my sibling's rear car window with the nozzle of the hose, causing the window to shatter. We have clear evidence of this, including video footage and photos. Mistakes happen, but when we tried to get the owner, Tony, to pay for it out of pocket or with his insurance, he was very rude, would not look at the evidence and would not take responsibility for the damage. We had to involve our neighbors who were just trying to have their roof cleaned. It was a terrible experience for all involved and put unnecessary strain on our relationship with our neighbors.

  Pro-Long gutters installed new gutters in May. Due to snow, a 16 foot gutter broke away from the fascia. They wanted to charge me another $499+tax to come out and replace. I told them it was not installed correctly, but they didn't want to hear it. I had a different company come out and put a new 16' gutter in for $200. They explained the screws in gutters were too short as to why it came down.

  As was discussed during conversations on the phone, we certainly planned to install new gutters for you. However, we had to push it back 2 months due to the unplanned circumstance of our gutter installer having a family emergency that is taking him out of the country. This was something we had no control over and rescheduled for the first available time open to us with a subcontractor. You then called back and canceled the gutter install because you did not want to wait. We most certainly did not cancel on you and would never do that to a customer. As for replacing the B Vent, this we did inform you that we could not repair due to interior work needed to be done by an approved HVAC company, which we are not. The lead roofer and the Production Manager and the owner all tried to explain this to you before you were invoiced. We did make a mistake in not removing the B Vent replacement cost from the invoice and we apologize for that error, which was quickly corrected before you were invoiced again.   Currently working at Place 7 condos, sevear damage to 3 units, we have a ceiling light fall but they fail to repair. 1 unit the entire kitchen beds and carpet are destroyed. Pm me I have photos!!!! I will share on many social sites. Great now broke a satelite dish, two familys put up in motels units unliveable. Must be 10 gallons of cigarette butts on roof. Come on over with lawn chairs and view the spectacle. Update. One tennant paid $5000 to have his unit repaired Prolong refused to help. They distroyed a security light, one of thier workers attempted to fix it. No conduit kept throwing a breaker. Just had a electrician inspect it. He said its a fire hazard nightmare. Proling must think out of sight out of mind. Many attempts to contact company, no response. They finally installed drain pipes all are very crooked. Crazy stop and see for yourselfs.

  Prolong came out to do a re-roof for us on short notice, and with materials we'd already bought due to a contractor kerfuffle. They were easy to work with, communicative, cleaned up well, and most importantly our roof does what it's supposed to. We were very appreciative of their time :)

  I had these guys do a roof cleaning, install flapper and ridge vents, and replace old skylights. I had about six or seven other roofing companies give me assessments. Tony (the owner) came out to do the bid and consultation. He was by far the most knowledgeable out of everyone I talked to, and he came out the cheapest for several of the services. Their office folks (I think one might be Tony's wife) are very efficient, and it feels like they know exactly what's going on on the ground. Nico (and later Joe) came out to do the work. The work was amazing and very fast (even considering poor weather conditions). I had some previous roof work done and these guys were way better.

  Dakota arrived on time and did the job incredibly well. Installed two new skylights, cleaned the entire two story roof, gutters and power washed all concrete. Cleaned yard and neighbors yard of any debris. Neighbor happy too. Start to finish, an impressive display of professionalism and work ethic.Will use the company again .

  They did a great job on my roof, looks way better and they replaced one of my roof vents that the last guy installed improperly. Really appreciate that they paid enough attention to catch that and keep me from dealing with a bigger problem in the future.

  Excellent service. Pro-Long cleaned our roof and gutters - which needed it - and re-sealed a few places. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. Very happy with the work.
