  i'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but i wanted to share my experience so others looking for a roofer can feel confident. From my first phone call with randall to the roof installation and final walkthrough, the communication was clear and consistent. The whole roofing crew did an excellent job, and they even left the driveway and work area cleaner than before they arrived. What really stood out to me was the attention to the small details. A lot of roofing companies can finish the main work, but this team went further by making sure there was not a single piece of packaging, loose shingle material, or roofing nail left behind. That kind of cleanup says a lot about their professionalism and pride in their work. The job was completed quickly, safely, and with real skill. They made the entire process easy, explained each step well, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish.   My review has two parts because Thomas installed two roofs for me. First, Thomas put on a new GAF shingle roof for our 3-story condo building in Missouri City. We compared several roofing bids, and his estimate was fair and competitive. He was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to, which made the whole roofing project feel comfortable from the start. After permits were approved, the scheduling and coordination were handled smoothly, even with many residents coming and going every day. The roofing crew showed up prepared, the foreman kept safety a top priority, and the property was left clean and secure at the end of each day. Every inspection passed the first time, and the finished shingle roof looked excellent. Later, Thomas completed a full re-roof on my home in Missouri City. The job included a new flat roof and a new Eagle tile roof. I got several estimates before choosing him, and again his pricing was competitive. I also liked the quality of the roofing materials and underlayment he used, and the installation methods gave me confidence in the long-term durability of the roof, especially with the strong sun, heat, and storms we get in Texas. Two crews arrived to keep the work moving efficiently, one handling the tear-off and tile roofing, and the other focused on the flat roof area. They protected my property with tarps and plywood, worked carefully, and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. All inspections passed, and the final result was a beautiful tile roof along with a solid flat roof, both backed by strong workmanship warranties.   We had one of the best experiences we’ve had with a roofing contractor. Over the years, we’ve handled many home projects, including roof replacements and general exterior upkeep, so we know how important it is to hire a crew that understands the job. Our property is not easy to roof because it is a large older home with multiple additions, a barn, skylights, a clerestory, a big chimney, and landscaping we care about a lot. From the first visit, Randall showed strong roofing knowledge and explained the whole process in clear terms. He went over the roofing system he recommended, the challenges of our roof layout, the different tile roofing material options, pricing, and the pros and cons of each choice. He also gave us a detailed written estimate along with a realistic timeline for the start and completion of the work. The price was fair compared to another quote we received. We especially appreciated how organized and professional the roofing crew was. They arrived on time each day, and related services like dumpster delivery and pickup were also right on schedule. Randall stayed involved during the project and made sure everything moved smoothly.   As an older single lady in Missouri City, I needed some roofing work done and felt pretty overwhelmed at first. I contacted several roofing companies, but none of them seemed as trustworthy or as thorough as the team I ended up choosing. Malachi was the one who came out to inspect my roof, and he immediately made me feel comfortable by explaining everything he was doing. During the inspection, Malachi discovered that the previous homeowner had sprayed white paint in the attic to cover up black mold, which ended up blocking the air vents and stopping proper ventilation. He and his crew fixed the ventilation problem first, and then we moved forward with the roof replacement. Malachi walked me through each step of the project, making sure I understood what was happening along the way. He also took care of my old and cracked skylights, replacing them as part of the job—even though I hadn’t even thought to ask about that. On the day of the work, Malachi arrived right on time and was very friendly. The crew finished everything in just two days, and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves each day.
