I rarely write reviews, but Ricardo absolutely earned this one. I hired Ricardo in January 2026 after my insurance claim for a May 2024 hail storm had already been denied three different times with three different roofers. At that point, I had almost given up. What impressed me most was his persistence and knowledge of the insurance process. Even after another rejection, the insurance company approved only about $400 for minor repairs. Instead of walking away, Ricardo recognized that this was an acknowledgment of storm damage and explained the independent appraisal process to me. He continued following up with the insurance company through countless emails, phone calls, and discussions over several months. His determination paid off. In May 2026, the insurance company approved a full roof replacement, and the roof was replaced shortly afterward. Throughout the entire process, Ricardo was professional, honest, responsive, and never overpromised. He kept me informed every step of the way and genuinely fought to make sure my claim received a fair evaluation. If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t give up after the first denial and truly advocates for their customers, I highly recommend Ricardo. I’m extremely grateful for everything he did and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
