  Showed up right away to give an estimate and proceeded to do the work. Once it rained I realized the work was not done correctly. I called and texted. At first I was told via text they would be by when in the area. Weeks passed and I started texting again. Then I was ghosted. About 2 months after my initial call, i received a call that they were no available. By this time I found another roofing company that corrected the problems and now in the rain my roof no longer leaks. This was no thanks to Art of the Roof.

I recall numerous rains during the 2 weeks we were attempting to come back out to the job as it is a 3 story and requires more safety measures.   They came to “fix” my entire roof, after a few days I went to check it out and the shingles were not install properly so the leaks came back even worse, I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

  Our roof required the ridge vents to be repaired. KK was prompt in sending the quote. He has 5 star ratings so was hoping for a good quality work. After the work was completed, I reached out to KK, highlighting that the ridge vents and the singles don't look aligned and secured in place at multiple locations. He came back with an explanation concluding, it was done right. "A picture is worth a thousand words".... most of the nails are not installed for the ridge vents, shingles are lifted and the alignments is poor.

  We have reached out to you directly and offered to replace it entirely for free. We want you to have a positive experience. In order to properly replace the ridge vents and make them as straight as possible there is some framing and shingle work that is outside of the scope of work that it would tie into. This is why we mentioned it would be perfected when the roof is replaced. We want to make you happy, we’ve spoken multiple times since the job and your insurance adjuster also visited after the repair was done. We did this job back in December and followed up in February to check the status of your claim. We haven’t heard anything back from you since. We look forward to an opportunity to fix this for you

  Created more damage than before they came to repair a leaky roof. Find someone else to do the work for you if you actually want it done.

  I had a great experience with Art of the Roof. They came out to fix a leak, and Adel was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, completed the repair quickly, and made sure everything was done right. The whole process was smooth, and I would definitely recommend Art of the Roof to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.

  Art of the Roof is very professional and responsive. We had a leak in our garage and they came out and provided an estimate. He immediately showed me the pictures of the damaged vent and provided a fair price with a warranty to repair it. After the repair was done Adel explained to me what he repaired and showed me pictures. KK and Adel help make this process stress-free. Thankful to them both. Please use Art of the Roof with any roof repair or replacement needs!

  Khaled came out to my rental property and quickly identified the leaks that I had. Provided me with a link with all the photos showing all the issues with my roof and we scheduled for them to take care of it. Extremely quick and professional, highly recommend! Will definitely be using these guys for some other future projects I have coming down the pipeline. Thanks guys!

  Khaled & Adel were my project mangers for this project. They were honest and up front with all my questions about different brand of shingles. I had problems closing on my new house and wasn't able to do the job as fast as I had hoped and even with all the price increases thanks to the current administration Art of the Roof honored a 2 month old quote. There quote was also lower than 3 other roofing companies by over $1,000+. The team showed up covered everything and cleaned up a quick, finished the job in 1 day but was quoted 2, even better! I have no doubt that if issues do come up years down the road they will be there to help me. Thank you Khaled & Adel, customer for life!

  I needed new soffits installed on my roof because animals were getting into my attic from the old mesh vents. K came out gave me a great quote and was able to start work the next day. I got multiple quotes and his was by far the best. He and his guy did a great job over two days and even got paint for the soffits that match my house. The work they did is excellent, the whole process from the quote, to start, to finish was seamless.
