  They took money to fix the roof & promised to get it done by end of the month & then towards the end of the month they stopped answering calls & giving attitude & were extremely hard to work with. Also started asking for more money aswell to get it done. Would NEVER RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM. 0/10

  I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would give them zero stars if I could. I called River Valley for roofing needs after a storm damaged my older roof. I was put in contact with John G. . I set up an appointment for him to come to my home. He did show up, and helped me put my claim in with my insurance company, after telling me he would probably be able to get the whole roof, and my siding replaced as he seen damage there too. Then when the adjuster came out, John was there also. John also had an ITIL report done for my siding ro find that waa a discontinued siding. Great so far, but here is where the wheels fell off.The insurance sent their results and low balled us, as they normally do. I communicated this with John, who said he would talk to the adjuster. John never filed any sort of appeal with the Insurance company. Then I didn't hear back from John for awhile, when I did reach him he said he wasn't sure what we could do, maybe I should call the adjuster. I did. Without much luck either. Then John ghosted me for months. I left voice mails, and text messages. No response. I finally called the office ( super nice to talk to) and found out John was out on medical leave. After quite a bit more time got reconnected with John who said we was not getting far with the insurance company, but was working on it. Then never heard from him again, even after making several more attempts to reach him. 10 months after my claim was put in with my insurance company I had to contact a different roofing company.

  DO NOT use this company. Contacted them for an initial estimate after hail damage. They showed up, and told me they would work on their own "rebuttal" estimate to present to the insurance company. Spent many weeks, which turned into MONTHS asking for an update. When I finally got someone to reply to me, was told (by the same guy who surveyed the damage the first time) that he didn't remember what was going on with my project and asked me to remind him. I reminded him of the day he spent looking at my property and assessing the damage, and he suddenly "remembered." Then weeks passed again. Was not able to get ahold of him again through his contact info, but his "assistant" who was there the first day, finally replied to me. "Hey. What were we looking at out there?" At this point I was fully frustrated and when he asked if he could come out for a second estimate the following week, I obliged, with the understanding that if he didn't show up on the day/week we discussed, we were done. It has now been 6 weeks since that agreed upon time has come and passed. Today I get a phone call from him. I am working, so I ignore it. After I ignore it, I get a test (verbatim) "Hey ***** was calling to see when (sic) we were in the process I don't know if we're waiting on your mortgage to endorse a check for the roof being done can you please give me a call ********** thank you" I was not waiting on any check or endorsement from any third party. I can pay for the work out-right. I was waiting on an adjusted estimate for my SIDING, not roof. I texted back that their services were no longer needed. These guys are a joke. They are so disorganized. As a business professional, I know that what they are doing is stringing potential clients along until it suits their schedule. As someone who also, in my younger years, has construction experience, I opt to buy the materials and do the work myself. If their client management is this terrible, what should I expect from the

  I called them after some roof damage from my windstorm. They made an appointment for 2 o’clock on 03/31 so I rearranged my schedule to be at the house by 1:30 At 2:45 (45)minutes past their scheduled appointment. I finally got a hold of the company. They called me back and said because it’s raining they are going to have to reschedule. Highly disrespectful to not let me know earlier in the day and then I have to call them to find out they are going to reschedule because they never showed up. Of course I will not use this company due to no respect. This is what gives contractors a bad reputation. I am a superintendent for a large home building company so I understand when someone shows you disrespect in the very beginning then you should not use them…

  I had an estimate done. First i told them repairs were needed and new gutters put up. So I get a 990 estimate for gutters. Then days after an estimate for repairs then following a 3rd estimate wow. So in the mean time their crew came out unannounced, took my previous gutters down and tells me I need repairs( which they knew prior).now I have no gutters and a 3rd estimate. I am now stuck with a house with no gutters and being forced to do whatever I can for new gutters. Wow so wrong in so many ways.

  Casey and Isaiah did an amazing job from start to finish. They explained the roofing processes, went over color choices for shingles and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They also shared worse case scenarios with us so we wouldn’t be sticker shocked when we needed boards replaced as well. They were quick and reliable making cleanup a breeze for me because they took pride in keeping the space neat. For sure using them again and recommend them to family and friends!

  This is a Great company they do Great work and respectfull contractors that came and did my gutters ruff and siding very satisfied with the work they have done . I have a new house with no out of pocket cost . I would recommend them gor any project you are needing done.

  From the very first contact to the last, Brent was professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We had contacted River Valley Restoration to obtain an estimate to vinyl side an old garage on our property. Brent came to our home, looked at the garage, answered our questions and within two days had an estimate to us. We ended up having River Valley put a new roof, siding and gutters on our garage. Brent had made a second trip to Logan to bring samples of shingles and siding and helped us make a decision. The roofing crew came first and within a morning had the old roof off, new roof on and everything cleaned up. The next week brought the siding crew who worked tirelessly to side the garage in a day. They even hung a new solar light for us on the garage. The gutter crew finalized the project, again with prompt service. We are very grateful for the professional work shown by River Valley Restoration.

  These folks went above and beyond replacing some siding I needed fixed. They came out quickly, on time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Additionally they replaced a vent I needed fixed at no additional charge. Also, Amber at the office is an absolute sweetheart. I can't say enough good things about the folks here!
