I really wish I didn’t have to give a family owned vocal Business a one star review, but my experience has been terrible! I have been begging for months for some kind of information and I keep getting strung along or just know response at all. This is well passed the point of unprofessional and I’m sad to say I feel I was bamboozled by the guy that came out for my roof. The lack of response and follow up is bewildering and completely unprofessional. I’ve had to do all of the chasing for communication and nothing is getting done.

We couldn’t be happier with the work that Precision did on our home! Our slate roof was a particularly difficult job, and they handled it with incredible skill, care, and professionalism. They paid attention to the details, took the time to do the job correctly, and treated our home as if it were their own. Despite the delays due to the weather, the finished roof looks absolutely beautiful, and it’s clear that they take pride in the quality of their work. They were dependable, hardworking, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The roof took an entire day and the following morning the crew returned and meticulously cleaned up, ensuring all nails were removed from the yard. Hats off to Jeremy, Hector, and the entire team who made me tired watching them climb up and down ladders all day carrying heavy OSB and shingles. If you have a challenging roofing project, especially a slate roof, I highly recommend this company. Excellent workmanship, great service, and a job done right! We would absolutely use them again!

Exceptional job on my grandmother's roof! We're super happy with the process start to finish- they cleaned up every single little piece of shingle off the ground and the roof looks great. We will be recommending Precision from now on.

Have had a leak in a roof with some life left in it. I've had several people out, but results ranged from leaving with nothing done to trying to sell me a new roof. Tim came out and found some loose tabs, that he secured, but could see nothing outstanding. Suggested less costly move before roof replacement if the leak did not improve. Was very honest in his assessment and did it for no charge. So far the roof seems fine. I would definitely use Precision for any future work and would recommend them for others.

I had them out to an inspection of my roof and felt he gave an honest and trustworthy answer on my roof. I would definitely have them do the work on mine.

They came and fixed my sunroom roof from the wind and hail storm. They checked my main roof. They are honest and trustworthy. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Thank you.
