I met with Mark in February and he came to the house and gave me a quote for soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts with the understanding that work would begin in late May/early June after the house was scheduled to be painted. …

Hired to replace my roof 13 yrs. ago and did a great job. Called Mark this past spring to come back out and inspect it, plus take measurements to install siding on my garage. Took a month and MANY phone calls to get him out here for that. When he finally did come out, it wasn't very professional to be spitting tobacco all over my property, kinda grossed me out. Should have kept it in his mouth or swallowed it, but don't be spitting on someone's property when you're giving an estimate! He never did send me an estimate for the siding either! I waited for 3 months and called several times, but never got a response nor an estimate. Sorry but I would not recommend anymore because of this. You'd think a repeat customer would not get ignored or blown off like this, but unfortunately that was the case.

The owner is a nice guy but isn't very organized and never kept an appointment. He missed his first two appointments to show up for an estimate. On the third attempt he was late. After accepting his estimate and asking him to schedule an install he said "Prob a couple weeks out for sure unless I can fit it in somehow sooner." That was 8 weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him.

I called Clark's in need of a 6" gutter for the back of my garage, 2 days ago. Brandon showed up today around 1pm, and did an excellent job completing the install. I was very satisfied with the cost.

Got three quotes for the job and Clark’s Straight Line Roofing and Gutters was the best for our gutter job, plus took care of bad wood that needed replacing. End result is perfect and I am picky. Don’t give 5 stars usually as 3 stars means doing what was expected. They earned it in every way. Highly recommend

I had a tree fall on my house and it left signifigant damage to my home and my roof. I had called several roofing companies in the area and was beyond frustrated. I finally got in touch with Mark (owner) of Clark's Straighline Roofing and it was my saving grace! He was very helpful, beyond my belief after what I had been through. He agreed to complete the work on my home and I was elated!!! Once his work was finished my home was in better shape than what it had been before the incident!! Him and his Son were very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help me. The work they (and their crews) did for me was BEYOND first class and AMAZING!!!! I felt I was at a dead end road and Mark went above and beyond yet again to settle matters with my homeowners insurance company! Had it not been for him doing his amazing magic working with them, I would not have been able to get the wonderful work done that was needed on my home! He knew exactly what problems I needed to overcome without even asking me. HE GOT THE JOB DONE WITH THEM AND MY HOME! I can not imagine where I'd be without all his help!! I would recommend his workmanship to ANYONE!!!! It was quite wonderful to watch the transformation of my home!!!!! Many, many, many thanks. (I can't say that enough)!!!! Very happy pleased customer and I will not use anyone else from now on!!!!!!!
